Honestly, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas gave my family and me one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The place itself is breathtaking, the beach is beautiful, and there’s always so much to do. On top of that, the food was amazing; with so many restaurants to choose from, each one better than the last! But what truly set this place apart was the people. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm, and helpful. When a family member had a medical emergency and needed to go to the hospital, the staff went above and beyond; taking us there, staying with us, and helping with every little detail. That kind of care and empathy is something we’ll never forget. A gorgeous resort with truly wonderful people.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. IM currently staying here for a week and the ENTIRE STAY has been nothing short of a nightmare . For the amount of money you pay especially for the all inclusive, the place is such a ridiculous scam. the food is absolutely HORRIBLE . When I say horrible I mean it. Places close extremely early and at the same time making it so that you can not get food at certain times of the day. Because of this we’re were forced to eat at the did trucks ( yes your thousands get you access to only food trucks on the beach… ) and then enter escorting 2 HOURS for personal pizzas that never came because after multiple times asking when the food would be ready and bring another 10 min answer , the man said he”didn’t know when it would be ready “ we placed another order for the other food truck thinking it would be faster. It wasn’t never saw that did either. Multiple people went up to complain and cancel their order. I left and never got my food because I was so upset after waiting so long and kept getting strung along. The 24h room service of nothing of the sort. It’s not 24h AT ALL . Again for the price you pay to be here and for the all inclusive you should be able to get food wherever you want to but you can’t. I tried twice to get food using the 24b room service and was never answered. A SCAM. The food at these “ included restaurants are absolute trash. Not at all Dominican food, not at all Seasoned barely edible and so white washed. We did the biggie excursion with friends… both biggies broke down on the middle of a rural or not safe area leaving us stranded or changing to a new biggie that wasn’t fast enough to keep up with the crew inevitably making the situation more unsafe with cars passing by and losing the rest of the crew. Anywhere worth going is a 25 min golf cart ride that will absolutely leave you looking completely disheveled so don’t plan to look nice for any dinner. The beach is the most minuscule square of beach that has a million ppl on it with screaming children without an adults only section that is included . There are so many ppl on top of you to the point that random strangers just took our chairs and umbrella when we were in the water even though our belongings were on/ around the chairs/ area. I have the do not disturb sign on my door and the attendant still entered unannounced twice! Anyway adding to get us anything so she could be tipped. I hate this place. Friends staying here with us waiting over an hour and a half for their room to be ready to check in, they have had MULTIPLE cockroaches in their room ! Their toilet has stopped working .I will NEVER be back. This is an absolute scam i urge you to not make the same mistake i did. Go somewhere much better for the money.

Exceptional Service at Casa de Campo Thank You, Juan Alvarez I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Juan Alvarez at the outdoor bar at Casa de Campo. I have had the opportunity to experience hospitality at many beautiful establishments, but I must say that the level of service Juan provided was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful experience. What impressed me most about Juan was his attention to detail and his ability to anticipate our needs without us having to ask. He was always attentive without being intrusive, making sure we were comfortable, our drinks were taken care of, and everything was just right. He carried himself with such professionalism, warmth, and a positive attitude that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Juan is a perfect example of what true hospitality should look like. There is a difference between simply serving guests and creating an experience they will remember long after their visit. Juan understands that difference. Casa de Campo is known for its beautiful surroundings, luxurious atmosphere, and high standards, but it is employees like Juan who truly bring that reputation to life. Beautiful properties can be found around the world, but the people and the service are what make an experience unforgettable. I sincerely hope the management team at Casa de Campo recognizes Juan for his dedication, professionalism, and exceptional work ethic. Employees like him are invaluable and deserve to be celebrated. Juan, thank you for going above and beyond. You are a true representation of five-star hospitality and one of the reasons guests look forward to returning to Casa de Campo. Pros - The Beach: Minitas Beach is unreal! Crystal clear, zero seaweed, and super calm waves. We spent literally every day here. - Spotless Grounds: Easily the cleanest resort ever. Housekeeping is on point, and even the beach bathrooms were totally pristine. - Top-Notch Service: Staff were super friendly across the board. Shoutout to our concierge Manuel Cuevas, who handled all our reservations and requests super fast. - Getting Around: Golf carts are provided, which is a lifesaver since Casa de Campo is absolutely massive. - Family Fun & Views: Loved the horseback riding! The horses were so sweet and well-trained. Altos de Chavón feels like stepping back in time with crazy good views (just go late afternoon so you don't bake in the noon heat like we did). - Eats & Drinks: Breakfast and coffee at Lago were amazing, room service hit the spot every time, beach food trucks were delicious, and the drinks at both the beach bar and Premier Club bar were fantastic. Cons - Dinner Options: The included all-inclusive dinner spots were pretty average, especially compared to how good the rest of the food was. Overall Hands down one of our favorite resort trips ever—we’ll definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay at Casa de Campo for my birthday in May, and I would absolutely go back again! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was truly top-tier. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and welcoming, and there were so many people who made our trip special. A few I especially want to recognize: Anyeli, our wonderful personal concierge; Kelvin; Sebastian; Sergio; Glenny; Chantal R., Karina and Noemi H. at the spa; and Nicolas R. from housekeeping. Thank you all for taking such great care of us and making my birthday trip so memorable! The resort itself is absolutely stunning — and HUGE! We didn't even get a chance to see and experience everything during our stay, which I think is just a sign that I need to go back. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and such a pleasure to come back to every day. I also loved that we had a golf cart for each room. It made getting around the property incredibly easy and was especially perfect for our early-morning trips to the beach. And the food was impeccable! Whether we were ordering room service, grabbing something in the lounge, or dining at one of the restaurants, we had consistently wonderful meals throughout the trip. Between the gorgeous property, beautiful rooms, amazing food, spa, beaches, and exceptional service, Casa de Campo made my birthday trip incredibly special. I left feeling like there was still so much more to experience. Can't wait to come back! ❤️
