This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway for families, couples, and friends. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The service was exceptional from the entrance to the front desk. Although we arrived earlier than the standard check-in time due to an early flight, the team graciously accommodated us with an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. After check-in, we were conveniently transported to our room by golf cart, adding to the overall comfort and hospitality. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude truly made a difference in our experience. The resort offers a wide variety of activities for both children and adults throughout the day, ensuring that everyone has something enjoyable to do. The buffet features an impressive selection of delicious food, and the three reservation-based specialty restaurants provide excellent dining options for guests seeking additional variety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, excellent dining, and family-friendly activities made this a memorable vacation. We look forward to returning in the future and would highly recommend this resort to family, friends, and anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing destination.

We had a wonderful experience at Bahia Principe Grand La Romana. The hotel facilities were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall service was excellent. We would especially like to thank Delbin for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist our family and even helped us secure a reservation at one of the restaurants at a very convenient time for us, which we truly appreciated. beautiful beach. incredibly friendly and helpful staff. our room was cleaned daily. this resort was an absolutely amazing experience. there is amstar staff in the lobby all day every day to help you book different adventures in the country. they transport you from the resort and back. so many cool experiences and they made it feel very safe for my wife and i. i will be saving up to come here again.

The room was great, clean and always had refreshments in the room fridge. Pool was a little cool but good once you got in. Lots of pool and beach chairs available if you get up early. Restaurants and buffets were clean and lots of good options. All bars have great selections and service at all were great. Met lots of people from Canada and some from USA. I give this place a 4.5

The hotel is very nice for sure ! We had a lot of issues with the rooms cards that were deactivated at least eight times during our stay and it was very frustrating.. Food was ok, very special shoutout to David and his team a las olas ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for making our stay amazing! Gracias David por todo! The staff was really helpful, and nice. I advise guests to stay away from people selling “privilege club” things, who stole three hours of our precious time and really HARASSED us!
