DO NOT RECOMMEND! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 days and it was the worst trip Ive ever taken. My biggest grievance is the food. I ate very little during this trip due to the lack of edible food items. The all inclusive options are extremely limited. 2 of the 3 restaurants have pretty much the exact same menu and theyll tell you that theyre out of menus item on an already scarce menu. You're expected to eat at the snack bar until the scheduled mealtimes but that is simply not feasible, unless you want food poisoning. Immediately upon visiting the snack bar we were greeted by a fly swarmed salad bar and warm fruit that appeared to have sat out for several hours. Outside of the food, I had an issue with feeling isolated. It feels like the resort is tucked away from the rest of the island. Its very boring with nothing to do but drink and stare at sand. This is not the option for anyone who is young and wants to have a fun time and experience native culture.

Where to start... The garden is stunning, the staff is superb, they go way and beyond. We especially liked Nelson from the pool bar and Beba from animation. But they were all really helpful and nice. The room, a whole other story. By no means this can be classed as a 5 star hotel. The airconditioning is just making a lot of noise but brings no relief. The bathrooms are just old and in serious need of an update and new fittings and faucets. The room is big, it could be so nice if they just renovated it all. As it is now, I would not recommend the hotel.

The entertainment group is great. They really are the live of the party. Chicken leg is the best. He gave us one on one attention. All of them make the hotel look better than what it really is. I was not happy with the hotel but the entertainment group make my stay worthwhile. I work hard to get a week vacation I want the best experience ever.

Where do I start?? There were soo many issues I will have to put everything in point form. 6 of us went to Punta Cana princess adults only and 5 of us got sick. 3 of which ended up in the hospital with diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. Each couple in the group changed rooms 2 to 4 times and all of them had issues. When we spoke to random guests on the property everyone was experiencing something similar to us. Here is the list: - no a/c - rooms dirty - sink handles had mold/rust - same with shower handle - the beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim - shower wouldn't drain - there was a leak in the ceiling - cleaners did not clean the room properly while we were there. They didnt mop, sweep, remove used cups/plates nor make the bed We spoke to front desk who kept "sending maintenance" who never showed up all 5 days. They sent us to guest service who just wanted us to change rooms again and again. The manager offered only 2 of us to move over to the sister property which wouldn't be fair. Calling sell off vacations didn't help, calling Sunwing didn't help, nexus said they aren't involved. This was my sister's 25th birthday trip and it is memorable for the wrong reasons. Don't be fooled by the 5 stars above they are fake! Don't stay here

Jasmine was wonderful we love it here! La petite fondue is amazing and delicious. Every adpect of our stay had made me wish we booked a longer stay and we will definitely be back. We were in Mexico three weeks ago and it doesn’t hold a candle to this incredible resort!
