An amazingly wonderful hotel where we spent seven unforgettable days! We were absolutely happy with our stay. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and so kind. We especially loved the evening entertainment — and the Halloween party last night was just fantastic: fun, bright, and full of joy! 💃🕺 Jasmin, Alexander, Julie, Mileni, Erika — we truly loved you! ❤️ Once again, we realized that we chose the perfect place for our honeymoon. We will definitely come back!

Excellent personal experience and Fredrick and Serge made us feel like family. They concierge Alexander was on the spot to help us when we needed it. I had two professional massages and they were the most amazing experience of my life. Julia was mine. She was phenomenal. We have been to many all-inclusive adults only resorts in Punta Cana. Punta Cana Princess is an older resort and the rooms are not updated with all the new tech stuff (USB chargers, fancy lamps, etc.) but they are maintained and look nice. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. There was one large pool, compared to other resorts that have multiple pools. The outstanding part of this resort was the beach. Probably the best beach we have been to in Punta Cana. It is wide and nicely slopping into the ocean. There is no coral or rocks in the swimming area and the seaweed was at a minimum. The beachside bar was nice and bartend staff very friendly. The beachside restaurant/bar has very nice seating and is open very late. There were just a few small restaurants that had good food (a very unique fondue place was cool). A nice surprise was the main dining area with buffet. Every all-inclusive has these as the main place to eat and food is not usually very good. However, this buffet was excellent! Food changed a little every day and was very fresh and tasty. If you want to try an all inclusive for the first time to see if you like it, this is the place. Lots of good stuff and it won't break the bank. We upgraded to the Honeymoon suite with the VIP package, definitely worth the little extra money, if you can afford it.

Location is amazing, right on the beach. The room need a MAJOR upgrade. The electricity in my room keeps cutting off, 4 times during my week stay. First night the electronic door doesn’t work so anyone can open it from the outside. Good thing I notice bc same night a drunk guest keep thinking it was her room and try to open it at 2 AM. AC didn’t work just blow out warm air. Security box keeps saying error when I tried to open to get some money out. The staff was extremely nice. Waiter name Elvis was always up beat and smiling. Cleaning lady was extremely helpful. Always bring me drinks for my mini fridge and towels.
