We had an amazing stay at this resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and had a great atmosphere. A big shoutout to Juan at the sports bar for his awesome service and fun energy — he really made our nights memorable. Also, thank you to Francisco, and Wellington at the bar for the fantastic drinks and friendly service. The staff truly made this trip special, and we can’t wait to come back!

Not a 5-star experience (by European standards) This was meant to be the perfect ending to a holiday celebrating my mum’s birthday. Instead, it brought stress and disappointment. We stayed only 3 nights and were relieved it wasn’t longer. Check-in already started poorly with a 45-minute delay and no proactive updates - we had to repeatedly ask if our room was ready. Although a dinner was offered to compensate for an initial staff mistake, the overall issues went far beyond that. Room problems included: cold shower on the first night, broken toilet seat, shower area falling apart, WiFi not working properly, broken bedside lamp, and a window that wouldn’t fully close. In the common areas, maintenance and service were below 5-star standards: stained restaurant interiors, multiple chairs with bird droppings, beach towels with stains and holes, long waits at the towel kiosk, and no available sunbeds at the beach due to early “towel reservations.” Some staff members were also unhelpful when looking for a table, simply saying “está ocupado” instead of assisting. The most disappointing part was the lack of proper follow-up from Princess’ main customer care department. An apology and a discounted future upgrade do not compensate for the experience we had. To be fair: the gardens are beautiful, wildlife around the resort is lovely, food quality is good, beds are comfortable, and the evening entertainment is enjoyable. With better maintenance and stronger service standards, this could match its 4.6 rating. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

My experience at this resort has far exceeded my expectations. Plenty of options for fun, relaxation, dining, and the Animation Team is outstanding!! We did morning yoga/stretch with Flabio on the beach which was an awesome unique experience. There are game contests at the pool for all ages, and nightly shows with amazing staff talent. The food everywhere was very good, the staff professional and friendly, every single day felt like a luxurious relaxing respite. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was decent and bed comfortable. I was pleased and will return! Thank you to all of the staff who took personal interest in us during our stay and made it extra special.

We went here 3 times and we were extremely satisfied every time. The food is good, at breakfast, lunch and supper it was great. There are also many more restaurants around the hotel like an Italian one, a Dominican one and many more. The ocean, the rooms, the beach, the buffet, everything was very clean and well maintained. We will come back to this hotel for our next visit to Dominican Republic!

Love the resort! The staff are wonderful, food is great. Lots of activities and evrtuthing is tidy and clean -- grounds and rooms and common areas. Had a great time playing darts with other guests, headed up by Eunice who loves her job and it was so much fun!
