Ocean El Faro is an all-inclusive resort that provides a 24-hour service. The programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

First of all, the place did not disappoint at all. I loved and enjoyed our one week stay. The location itself is about 25 mins away from the airport and close to many excursion areas. The service was amazing, loved the bartenders at the front lobby (the ones on the picture) very welcoming and friendly. Jennifer at Route66 was amazing! Her energy and service was incredible. The ones at the El Beso bar were great as well, made sure we had drinks often. The Blue team kept the entertainment fun and interesting during our stay, Emmanuel, Cruz & Reyes were amazing by the pool. The beach was kept well maintained and very neat everyday. Our room was cleaned up everyday and it was very clean and neat, we enjoyed arriving in our room and having everything cleaned up. The restaurants were good as well, we recommend Sakura & the Steakhouse! We enjoyed the Mike’s cafe as well, loved how it stayed open until 10PM. The buffet and Route66 are great too, loved how Route66 has a late night snack option. Overall, I totally recommend this hotel & we enjoyed our week stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer.

At the privilidge pool, Jhon, justina, and berwin are constantly attentive providing professionally made cocktails. The service is excellent even if the bar is extremely busy. They are constantly ensuring customer satisfaction and the customer is well looked after. They are all so friendly and made our holiday. The perfect bartenders and sunbed services. The best team

We keep bringing up how much we love Ocean El Faro!! Me and my husband spent a week here for our honeymoon and it has been just amazing!!! From drinks, to the food and to the staff it has made our time here unforgettable. We want to give a couple of shoutouts to some of the staff that made our stay the most memorable. Like all of the bartenders at the privilege pool bar Justina and Jhon, you two have been so fun and kind meeting our needs when we need a drink! We cannot forget about Berwin always been there with a big smile attending to whatever we may need whether that be a towel drink or a joke! Next we had our bartender at the El Beso side Daury. We were a little hesitant going over there at first but you made our time over there so enjoyable too! Giving us mamawana shots and your amazing singing you were such a great bartender!! Next we have the food!! Raymond, you made our experience at Sakura so great we went back a second time! The food was amazing, and same with the atmosphere! You for sure didn’t have a dull time there!! When we went to the steakhouse, we were greeted with Ricardo who was amazing as well!! He had such an upbeat and nice personality, it made me and my husband smile the whole time!! Next you will not be dissatisfied ever when you come back to your room to change for dinner or into your bathing suit because the cleaning staff is amazing too!! Some days they made our bed up three times!! Lastly, we cannot thank enough for our butler Juan!! He was super friendly and always checking up on me and my husband if we needed anything!! He went out of his way to make sure we ate at all the restaurants we wanted to each night too, along with giving us a bottle of wine on our first night and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon which was amazing!! He always was right there to help if we needed anything and answered right away with any questions we had!! Me and my husband are grateful of our entire experience at Ocean El Faro, including the people we met, along with the amazing staff and atmosphere and already agreed that we will be coming back! Best honeymoon ever!!

Room- 3 Food- 3.5 Beach- 3 Lazy River/Pools- 4 Bars/Mike's-4 Staff- 4.5 Overall, the resort has a nice charm to it. It’s easy to get around, and the staff—from the grounds crew to the servers—work hard to make guests feel welcome. When the resort is very busy, service can feel a bit stretched in some areas, but that’s understandable given the volume. We did not opt for privilege level and I'm not sure if that would have made a difference. As a budget-friendly option, there’s plenty to enjoy and may be worth experiencing at least once if you can get a good deal, won't spend much time in your room and enjoy a beautiful pool experience over a beach.

I stayed here for a week and I totally recommend it. The staff is amazing, great ser and always smiling. I booked a Privilege suite, and was able to book daily at the Spa with Elena. The service and the food at the Privilege Lounge was really great! Manolin and Yania were the best. Both Joel and Alexander were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay! I would definitely come back here!
