I had a lovely, albeit short, stay here, arriving on a Saturday evening and departing in a Monday morning. This was my first time in Punta Cana and first time at a resort. I was very impressed. The staff were lovely. I received a particularly warm welcome from Adrian at check in, and Lucy in Ventanas also made me feel special. My room was comfortable with everything I needed. As I was alone, and only there for a short time, I stuck to the buffet for meals - I found it very good. As a vegetarian, there were lots of options. The salad bar in particular was always very fresh. The pool is fantastic and I also enjoyed swimming at the beach. The resort felt very safe, which was important to me as a solo woman traveller. It has a bit of a Kellermans vibe with merengue classes and bingo…a 5-star Kellermans in the Caribbean is hard to beat!

We had stayed here before when it was Dreams Punta Cana and must recognize that the resort and its service has a Big difference from before. The upgrade in service is Notorious. The level of attention to detail and the warm and friendly service received was top. Starting with the Arrival to the gate. The security guard was Nice and polite. The bell captain welcomed US friend and very professional. The security manager Luis Castillo was also welcoming. Derluis the chef concierge assisted us by guiding to the VIP lounge. The Best of the Best was Ariady the supervisor who took great care of US in the lounge. Claudio our bartender looked after US all Day long around the pool and ensured our drinks we're always refilled. Our room 9201 was very conveniently located as requested, far from the ocean, but closet to the lobby and restaurants. Thanks to the GM Mr. Hilario for arranging our stay and to Isabel Ruedas and the rest of the team for making our stay amazing.

Amazing environment, beautiful and clean. I could see everyone were doing their best to provide a great experience. The bar tenders at the vip lounge are all great, I wanna thank Rosbel, Sandy, Bienne and Dianna ( sorry if I didn't spell names correctly). I think food variety could ve less but with higher quality and less making staff tired. Altogether definitely recommend and worth it.

After reserving room with Club benefits, I was able to check-in quickly and was given a room with an ocean view. Resort enviornment was clean and safe. Room was nothing special except for robes and slippers. Towels were good quality. TV signal was not reliable-had to go back and forth to try to get a signal. A/C was ok. Alcohol brands were not all top shelf, but better than their regular liquor. Buffet was closed from Sunday to Thursday during our stay. Night shows were entertaining. Service workers provided excellent and friendly service. Smoking was not allowed by pool area , but it was not disclosed by any signs. Yet, I observed certain people smoking and vaping after I was warned, but they were not. No elevators in resort except for lobby area. Beach was ok. Food was good.

The hotel is ok, relatively clean. Sometimes they forget to clean your room or bring you fresh towels. Tipping helps here to get some service. The food is ok, but after a week staying it stays the same… We had no luck of having see weed during our stay and could not enjoy the beach… The musicians were talented and played great music in the evening. Francisco the mixologist is very good and we enjoyed his margaritas!
