Overall it was good. Concierge, Isa was very nice and kind person to show and help all services. Lunch restaurant near the beach was amazing. Cocktail was sweet and cool (I loved it). Room services were overall good. Room was good. But the restroom took long time to ventilate the air. And whenever I turn off air conditioner, few hours later it came back on (it was kinda cold during February). A lot of bar places are accessible near my area.

Just stayed here and he is my honest and fair review: Service: Excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This was honestly the best part of the experience Appearance: The grounds are well maintained but a bit outdated. Food: The food is good with lots of options. However, between breakfast and dinner the options to eat are practically none. Drinks: Well made and the staff is very friendly and expedient Crowd: Family oriented with lots of European travelers who I found to be very distant and not welcoming at all. As you pass people and give them a quick “hi” and a smile, basically no acknowledgment. Pretty rude to be honest. If you are looking to meet new people THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Entertainment/ nightlife: Non existent. You come to this place to sit by the pool and beach all day, which in my opinion gets boring after the second and third day. Overall, I would not return given the type of people that come to this place and the lack of activities after dinner.

We loved our stay at Iberostar Waves Punta Cana. The service was excellent from start to finish and the staff were so welcoming and full of energy. The beach was beautiful and the pools always a great temperature. Highly recommend getting up early to see the sunrise at the beach! Only fault I can give is the sunbed reservations as you must get to the pool/ beach before 9 to get sunbeds or they are all taken. We had a nice chat with Scarlet concierge the club, Franklin who checked us in and Maria who served us drinks at the pool!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at Iberostar Waves Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived till the time we left the resort the service was first class. They run a tight ship. The resort is dedicated to ensuring that the guests have a very enjoyable stay. When we arrived we were greeted by our concierge Isaura who through our stay helped us with our restaurant reservations and ensured that all our needs were met. Wonderful dedicated lady. The food was delicious, rooms were cleaned every day and any request was catered to immediately. The bar was well stocked and service was great. The golf course was beautiful and playing early morning we finished in 3 hours. Best resort we have been to. Thank you to Isaura and all the dedicated staff. Hasta la Vista😃😃😎😎

Overall a great experience! The food, service and amenities are good and staff keep up with maintaining the place clean and organized. The rooms and amenities could use some renovation (washrooms which has weak ventilation, coffee machine not maintained). Also if the team could find a way to refrain the birds from entering the dining areas, it would be great- The poolside & beaches were pleasant which we enjoyed. Our concierge, Isa, was helpful in walking us through what resort offers and managing reservations. Some hiccups we experienced were quickly addressed by the QC team. Thank you for a great stay.
