I got food poisoning and had to go to the hospital; most dishes were dripping with oil, stale, and made with the cheapest ingredients (e.g., the baklava was made with chocolate coconut). Fruit drinks were made with those instant-juice types of mixes. On top of that, the hotel tried to convince me to go to a private hospital in an attempt to rip me off, instead of caring for my health. They brought me a "complimentary" gift basket with fruits and two bags of tea. The pool was clean, albeit smaller than anticipated, and it was impossible to find free spots the whole day. We enjoyed the beach and the drinks on the beach. Room service was poor, with the cleaning people only changing the towel and sometimes cleaning the bathtub. The sink, floors, and toilets remained unclean for the week we were there. Coffee bags were never refilled. The "queen" bed was in reality two separate beds, so it was impossible to sleep in the middle without falling through the crack. The waiters and service was lovely.

My grandmother and I had a wonderful stay at Castival Hotel and would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and well cared for. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes to choose from. What impressed us most was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made our holiday even more enjoyable. We also loved the pool area, the beach, and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everything was well organized, and we felt comfortable and safe during our entire stay. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We are leaving with wonderful memories and would happily return in the future. We highly recommend Castival Hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The service was acceptable, but the hotel cleaning service was very poor. Our room was not cleaned properly and, in fact, it was barely cleaned at all during our stay, which was quite disappointing. The location of the hotel was nice, and there were plenty of places around to explore and see. However, the best part of our stay was definitely the entertainment and activities by the pool. We really enjoyed the water polo, and especially the darts. The animation team Mehtsp was great, and the female animator was especially lovely. She was very kind, friendly, cheerful, and made everyone feel welcome. Her positive attitude really made the activities more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel has some things that could definitely be improved, especially the housekeeping, but the location and the entertainment team made our stay more enjoyable.

We have stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and we loved the place. It was a recommendation from our friend but we were not disappointed. The rooms are clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The food was Turkish but you can find any alternatives. The pool was nice and the weather was perfect. But the best part were the working staff. Mrs Angelika from guest relations is an angel in this earth just like her name. We had a few small issues first but she made sure everything was perfect. She was like a local friend. Also enes and ugur from the bar were really funny and we loved to chat with them and their energy were incredible. Thank you guys! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a really nice stay at Castival Hotel. The food had a good variety, with many different options. From the moment we arrived, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel was great and we always felt comfortable. In the evenings there were different events and entertainment, which made the nights fun and enjoyable. The bar team was also really great, friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the friendly staff. We had a very good time at Castival and would be happy to come back again.
