My recent stay at the illustrious Castival Hotel in Antalya was nothing short of sublime. From the very moment I crossed the threshold of its grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and genuine hospitality. The culinary offerings were an absolute triumph — each meal a symphony of flavors that spoke to both tradition and creativity. The buffet selections were not merely abundant but exquisitely curated, reflecting the chef’s meticulous attention to detail and the hotel’s unwavering commitment to quality. Equally enchanting was the beach, a stretch of golden, powder-fine sand. Whether basking in the sun or taking a leisurely swim, one could not help but feel transported to a realm of serene perfection. Yet what truly distinguished the experience was the staff, whose warmth, courtesy, and attentiveness transformed an already luxurious stay into a heartfelt encounter. Every interaction, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, was marked by an authenticity and grace that are all too rare in today’s world of hospitality. In essence, Castival Hotel is not merely a place to stay — it is a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, where every detail harmoniously contributes to an unforgettable holiday experience. All that glitters is NOT gold at Castival Hotel. Our 5-day anniversary break turned into a nightmare. The first two rooms were dirty, the third only just acceptable. The whole hotel is tired, worn out, and badly maintained — filthy carpets, noise everywhere, and stray cats even sleeping on dining room chairs. Food was average, and several guests fell ill while we were there. Staff were hit-and-miss, with some being downright rude — even laughing at us when we raised cleanliness issues. One staff member was caught sleeping on the job. We also met guests who got bed bugs, and the hotel tried to pass it off as allergies — yet secretly disposed of their suitcases, proving the truth. The only good thing was the spa team, who were amazing. Everything else? A complete disappointment. Would not return, even after a refurb.

The hotel was very clean and well organized. The staff were professional and friendly. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The food was also tasty with good variety. If we visit Antalya again, we would definitely stay here again.

I read the latest reviews and was horrified by how dissatisfied people seemed. It was too late to cancel the reservation, so I gathered my courage and decided to come. When I arrived at check-in, I was welcomed by the reception team, who were very friendly and helpful. I was accommodated in a beautiful room with a pool view, which I wholeheartedly recommend. The food is more than enough, very diverse and delicious. The sand on the beach is fine, and during the day you have access to food, juices, beer, and wine. The resort has many places where you can relax — from acrobat and dance shows, to live music in the lobby, a space where you can borrow and read books, and a terrace where people gather in the evening to enjoy a cocktail and unwind. It’s a resort suitable for children (they have activities for the little ones), as well as for young people and seniors. I saw activities for all ages and preferences. We even caught October Fest, where there were barbecues and contests. Dear people, don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. I honestly can’t understand what someone could find disappointing about this resort. I travel to Turkey every year for all-inclusive resorts, often at higher prices, but this one surpassed them all. The value for money is excellent. There’s even a hair salon, which was always busy, and the spa area is amazing. The massages are INCREDIBLE, and there’s also a salt room… I wholeheartedly recommend this resort, and the cherry on top is the staff — always smiling and attentive to every guest’s needs. Congratulations to the Castival Hotel team! I give you a 10 out of 10!!!

To start with welcoming. There was a man at the reception, who is from Afghanistan, now living in Turkey, so he told me that will move us to other hotel, because they did not have room for us. I didn't agree to that, but he continued insisting that will send us to other hotel. Very polite! Don't you think so? I had few words with guest relation man and the matter was settled. For this attitude I reduce 2 stars! Rooms and bathroom are worn out and need renovation. Food in the restaurant is good, but nothing special, everyday cooked food and grilled chicken or turkey/one day was seafood/. For a la cart restaurant, you have to pay ?Beach area is good, but next to it is a river, joining the sea and brings cold water to it ! Will not be coming again to this hotel.
