My husband and I stayed in the Private Pool Villa (Room 405), and it was truly a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in. First of all, we received a very warm welcome from the staff. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist us in many ways throughout our stay. We would like to thank the entire team for their excellent teamwork and outstanding service attitude, especially Khun Yaya, Am, Khwan, Beet, and Jay. The villa was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and we did not encounter any issues with cleanliness. Occasionally, there were a few insects or geckos, but this is understandable as the resort is located on a hillside surrounded by nature. The location was exactly what we were looking for peaceful, private, and close to nature, with no disturbance from outside noise. In our opinion, there are only a few resorts in Phuket that can offer this level of privacy and natural surroundings. We also believe that the resort maintains the high standards associated with the Centara brand, comparable to other Centara properties around the world. The breakfast was enjoyable and tasted good. However, the variety of choices was somewhat limited compared to other hotels in the same category. It would also be appreciated if the hot dishes could be kept warmer throughout the breakfast service. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable.

Very nice place, clean Villas (rooms) with a lot of space, nice views from the terrace, very well organized with a shuttle inside the resort that could be ordered with an internal app. Very friendly staff, good food. Wonderful view from the restaurant during dinner. Unfortunately, the 2 pools are very small and do not have enough space for sunbeds and umbrellas. This resort is very well recommended. Need to come back again (4 of 5 due to size of pool area)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Centara Villas Phuket. The hotel offers stunning ocean views, beautiful villas, and a peaceful atmosphere that made our vacation truly memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. A special thank you to Bella for her exceptional service and kindness throughout our stay. She was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome and added a personal touch to our experience. The entire staff was attentive and helpful, and the service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Centara Villas Phuket to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket. Beautiful, peaceful villas with stunning ocean views—perfect for a relaxing Phuket escape. The spa was amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay. The restaurant served great food, and the happy hour deals were excellent for sunset drinks. Friendly, attentive service throughout. Would happily come back.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Centara Villas. This trip was booked specifically to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience fell far below our expectations of a 4-star resort. Firstly, I requested a birthday bed decoration through Agoda during the booking process. Upon arrival, nothing had been arranged. When I asked the staff, I was told they would check with the reservations team because the booking had been made recently and the request might not have appeared in the system. However, no one followed up with us, and we never received any update. We eventually agreed to have it arranged for June 19th instead, but the lack of communication was disappointing. The room itself was very outdated. There was visible mold and peeling paint on the walls, and we found a significant number of ants inside the room. Surprisingly, the room also had a smart TV but no Netflix access, which feels quite outdated for a resort of this category in 2026. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of an on-site fitness center. We were informed by the staff that guests must walk to the neighboring Centara Grand in order to use the gym facilities. While the walk itself only takes around five minutes through a nature trail, this is far from convenient and certainly not what we would expect from a 4-star resort. Furthermore, the access gate closes at 6:00 PM, meaning that guests returning later must arrange alternative transportation back to the hotel. This arrangement feels unnecessarily inconvenient and quite frustrating, especially for guests who expect comfort, accessibility, and seamless facilities during their stay. The overall hotel facilities were also inconvenient to use. Room service requires guests to download an application, making a simple service unnecessarily complicated. Transportation around the property relies heavily on shuttle services, which often involve long waiting times and reduce the enjoyment of the stay. In addition, the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained. The most frustrating experience occurred this morning when we discovered the hair dryer in our room was not working. We contacted Reception twice, but after waiting more than 30 minutes, no replacement was delivered. We eventually had to leave for an important appointment with wet hair. This level of service is simply unacceptable. Breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was limited, and the service lacked attention to detail. I ordered scrambled eggs cooked medium, and although the staff appeared to understand the request, the eggs were served completely overcooked. While that issue was minor, what was far more concerning was that the ham had a sour smell and appeared spoiled. Some of the vegetables also looked far from fresh, with several leaves already deteriorating. This raised serious concerns about food quality and freshness standards. We chose this resort expecting a memorable birthday celebration and a relaxing experience. Instead, we encountered multiple service failures, maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and poor food quality. For a property advertised as a 4-star resort, this experience was extremely disappointing. Had this been a budget hotel, some of these issues might have been understandable. However, for a 4-star resort carrying the Centara brand, the overall experience was simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope management will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements, as this stay did not reflect the standards we expected from such a well-known hospitality brand. What is most disappointing is that none of these issues alone would have ruined our stay. However, when combined, they created an experience that fell far below the standards promised by the Centara brand. Unfortunately, instead of leaving with wonderful memories from my partner’s birthday celebration, we are leaving with frustration and disappointment.
