How far is the nearest beach?

Great hotel to stay at. About 30 -60 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. I stayed there a total of 4 nights. 3 at the beginning of my trip and 1 at the end. Very safe area to walk. Great street food available within a block. Hotel was very nice, clean rooms, very attentive staff. There's a great park 1 block away to escape from the city!! Very nice.

My rating is based primarily on this being rated as a 4 star hotel. The public spaces are functional and decor neutral. The staff were all very good, from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. The rooms were again, functional, if not a bit dated and showing wear. However they were clean and the climate control did a good job keeping the room comfortable. I can't say that for every place we stayed at in Bangkok! The bathroom was clean, but again showing some age. Our "king bed" room was actually two double beds pushed together. Okay, not unusual, however the beds were made up separately, so literally two double beds made up with their own sheets and covers pushed right next to each other. We were only there for a few nights, so not a big deal, just not what was advertised. I'd understand if they told us when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of dishes as on par with similar hotels of this size and type. The location was okay. Yes, it is relatively close to the Victory Monument BTS, but also next to a busy highway and roads, but then what roads aren't busy in Bangkok?! We did have a nice view from the back, overlooking a small temple. Again, I'm rating this based on this being a 4 star hotel, and in comparison with other 4 star hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok.

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel and would like to sincerely thank three team members who made it truly special. Noi at reception was absolutely wonderful – so warm, friendly, and welcoming from the very first moment. She had a big smile, was extremely patient and made check-in a real pleasure. She is a true asset to your front desk! A huge thank-you also to your two concierges, Win and Thong. Both were incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, directions, or any small request – they handled everything with a smile and made me feel very well taken care of. Wonderful employees like Noi, Win, and Thong are the reason guests leave happy and come back again. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to them – they made our stay perfect! Warm regards Siva

The hotel has a fantastic entrance and welcoming feel. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful and most speak English. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious foods and is available in a beautiful area. The hotel is within walking distance of laundry facilities, 7/11, shopping mall, massage shops. The sky train is within an easy 10 minute walk and taxis are plentiful (if required the bellboys are happy arrange for the taxi meter to be turned on). The swimming pool is a beautiful relaxing area and there is also a gym. This was our 10th stay at Century Park Hotel Bangkok and we highly recommend it. We stayed 9 nights.

The hotel is located at a peaceful yet easily accessible location. The rooms are well maintained too considering the fact that it’s an old building. The service is not that great though. We had asked for a dental kit as only one was provided during check in. The dental kit was finally delivered after an hour and we had to ask them 3 times for it. We also noticed that the bathroom was still not clean after housekeeping as there were pieces of paper and used ear buds lying around from the previous guests…
