Offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with spacious, well-maintained rooms that feel classic rather than modern. The hotel has an elegant, old-style charm, and the staff are generally attentive and courteous. Amenities are complete and well-managed; however, the rooms do not have a bidet, which may be a downside for some guests. The location is decent and close to a mall and several establishments, making it convenient for basic needs. There is also a nearby convenience store, and the café inside the hotel is useful if you prefer to stay in. That said, it is not exactly in the city center, and transportation can be a bit pricey depending on your destination. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food with good quality and is worth trying.

Century Park Hotel, Bangkok – Honest Review Stayed in the Superior Twin Room. Overall a decent stay, but many areas need improvement. Room was comfortable with a nice city view and a bathtub, but no basic toiletries were provided. Also, no water jet in the bathroom (important note for Indian travelers) — only tissue paper. TV was not useful as no channels worked and it's not a Smart TV, so no OTT access also. Tea & coffee were complimentary, but minibar drinks are very expensive and prices don’t include 5% VAT + 10% service charge. Which the total becomes more expensive. Hotel is huge havig a pool, gym and conference hall. There is a bar on the 2nd floor with a pool table, but you can’t play unless you buy something, even though it’s shown in amenities — feels misleading. Breakfast buffet was okay – mostly Western items like bacon, sausages, eggs, pancakes, noodles, etc. No Indian dishes, so Indian travelers might struggle with food choices. Location is good — close to popular areas like Chatuchak, MBK, Pratunam Market, and temples. Many 7/11 stores nearby (~600m) walking distance where you can buy same beverages and alcohols of the minibar at much cheaper rates . Hotel taxi is expensive; better to use Grab or Bolt — much cheaper and faster. Overall: Comfortable room but weak service, lack of basic toiletries, poor entertainment options, and misleading amenities. Good location, but I expected better for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel and would like to sincerely thank three team members who made it truly special. Noi at reception was absolutely wonderful – so warm, friendly, and welcoming from the very first moment. She had a big smile, was extremely patient and made check-in a real pleasure. She is a true asset to your front desk! A huge thank-you also to your two concierges, Win and Thong. Both were incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, directions, or any small request – they handled everything with a smile and made me feel very well taken care of. Wonderful employees like Noi, Win, and Thong are the reason guests leave happy and come back again. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to them – they made our stay perfect! Warm regards Siva

My first night in Bangkok was in this place so this place hold a really important place in my heart . Stay were really friendly we had to go to other places and we need to leave one luggage so when we ask them do they provide that services they told us yes . So you can also ask them if you also have extra luggage’s. Our room had pretty view considering we were barely in our rooms . Their breakfast is die for . I loved pancake so their pancake is really really good . They have both savory and sweet items on their menu . Bakery was really really good . If you are staying in this hotel then include breakfast also so that you will not miss delicious foods . Their egg fried rice was delicious and Don’t miss their swimming pool it is great and you can see pretty nice view . Forget to click the room photos but it was decent and bathroom was clean and they provide free water bottles . If you want anything in night then 7-eleven is down the alley.

My rating is based primarily on this being rated as a 4 star hotel. The public spaces are functional and decor neutral. The staff were all very good, from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. The rooms were again, functional, if not a bit dated and showing wear. However they were clean and the climate control did a good job keeping the room comfortable. I can't say that for every place we stayed at in Bangkok! The bathroom was clean, but again showing some age. Our "king bed" room was actually two double beds pushed together. Okay, not unusual, however the beds were made up separately, so literally two double beds made up with their own sheets and covers pushed right next to each other. We were only there for a few nights, so not a big deal, just not what was advertised. I'd understand if they told us when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of dishes as on par with similar hotels of this size and type. The location was okay. Yes, it is relatively close to the Victory Monument BTS, but also next to a busy highway and roads, but then what roads aren't busy in Bangkok?! We did have a nice view from the back, overlooking a small temple. Again, I'm rating this based on this being a 4 star hotel, and in comparison with other 4 star hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok.
