Disappointing Experience with the Steam Room During our stay at the Ramada Hotel Bangkok Riverside, I wanted to use the steam room before swimming with my husband. I asked at reception, where a very friendly young staff member advised me to use the steam room first, as his colleagues would switch it on and it should be ready in about ten minutes. Unfortunately, when I arrived on the third floor, the steam room was completely cold. A very helpful young man working in the spa area contacted reception for me, and I was told that someone would come to switch it on. He advised me to go swimming first and return after about 30 minutes, by which time it should be warm. However, when I returned, the steam room was still completely cold. The same helpful staff member contacted reception again, and once more I was told that someone would come. After waiting another ten minutes, a female staff member finally arrived and switched it on again, only to tell me that I would have to wait even longer for it to heat up. At that point, I had already spent more than an hour trying to use the steam room and gave up. I would like to emphasize that the young man working in the spa area was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire situation. My criticism is not directed at him, but at the hotel's organization and the apparent lack of coordination between departments. Guests pay for the facilities advertised by the hotel and should reasonably expect them to be ready for use. Having to make repeated trips, wait for staff and spend more than an hour simply trying to get the steam room working is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. I understand that technical problems can occur, but the way this situation was handled was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the maintenance and coordination of its spa facilities so that other guests do not have the same experience.

The perfect choice for a family celebration! If you want to feel truly cared for, stay at this hotel. The staff is exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. They handled all our wishes seamlessly from the moment we booked. The room exceeded our expectations—great layout, beautiful views, excellent soundproofing, and a bed that was hard to wake up from because it was so comfortable. They made our daughter's birthday extra special. I ordered balloons to the room, and the staff executed it beautifully and quickly, double-checking the exact colors and inscription with me. The complimentary birthday cake was such a sweet touch! Breakfast by the river was the perfect way to start each day. Thank you, Ramada team, for making our stay so memorable!

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The team kindly accommodated us with an early check-in, and while we waited for our room to be ready, they thoughtfully offered us tea along with popcorn and biscuits — a small gesture that made a big difference after our journey. The hotel has ample parking, which is very convenient. Its location is excellent — very close to **Asiatique The Riverfront**, and they even provide drop services there, making evening outings effortless. One of the biggest highlights is their complimentary ferry service that runs every hour along the river. This makes it extremely easy for tourists to visit major attractions and shopping destinations like **ICONSIAM** and other riverside areas. I’ve added a picture of the ferry schedule for reference. Breakfast was another standout feature — a wide variety of options, including Indian dishes, which was a pleasant surprise. The open dining area next to the river creates a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, making the breakfast experience truly special. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality, excellent connectivity, and a lovely riverside vibe. Highly recommended!

A great facility with warming inviting staff from the door team who grab your suitcase to the personal welcome by the Head of Guest Services who visits you after you've been guided to the guests arrival lounge for a drink and snack before you head up to your room. Bags arrive in the room jusf after you've walked in, as you check out well presented and relaxing room 😎 with a great view on the city and river. All the amenities are great and available 24/7 with exception to the pool which closes late night. Lounge and bar is nice with singers who bring the atmosphere to life. Plenty to choose from to eat on their various menus with riverside or AC seating. Easy location and literally 7mns walk next door to Asiatique and the markets to your right or local vibes to your left and if walking to the market is not your thing, they have a free tuktuk to take you (but you'll have to either walk, or grab a grab or tuktuk back) They have their own river boat in case you want to go to town (highly recommended) and a fast and cool way to check out some of the neighboring building including the temples on the way to the otherside. 2nd stay here, View from the room is awesome, no matter which room you take. Service is awesome with robots delivering your water, super fast. Breakfast was very very good last time, but this time due to renovation i guess the menu was short. Right beside the chayo phraya river, doing breakfast feels awesome. Pool is good, lobby area is huge to wait, they have good snacks for checking in guests. They have ferry running every hour to the central pier
