I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping service was exceptional — every time I returned to my room, it was spotless and perfectly organized.During my stay, I accidentally left one of my earbuds behind when changing rooms. To my surprise, it was quickly located and delivered to my new room. I would especially like to thank Ms. Panthong for her attentiveness, professionalism, and outstanding service. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained, and the swimming pool and fitness center were both excellent. Everything about the hotel contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience.I travel to Bangkok every year, and this hotel has always been my first choice. After this stay, I am even more convinced that it will continue to be my preferred hotel whenever I visit the city. Highly recommended!

I have stayed here for 5 days and overall I felt its good hotel to stay as family. Breakfast will look limited if you are vegeteraian and looking for Indian dishes. Otherwise its manageable. Swimming pool and gym we liked very much. They have tuk-tuk for short free drop near to a point from hotel every 30 mins. Room cleanliness has to improve especially bath area. They were doing repair work on higher floors and hence we got rooms in lower floor. Reception I have mixed feedback. While I felt two of the receptionist when I checked in were helpful, another 2 I met later were not helpful to attend customer need. Its 10 mins walk for us to Asok BTS/Sukumvit MRT from the hotel. Hence we planned much of our trips using metro. Overall I felt its good hotel to say with family but there are areas to improve.

This is the second time i have stayed at Rembrandt hotel. The staff are so helpful. Big shout out to Faeie, who printed some documents I needed, and also made the check in quick and easy. The bed is comfortable and the room is large. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a full variety on offer. The pool is a good size and provides a quiet place to relax.

I’m really not sure how this place is considered a 4-star hotel. Yes, it’s going under renovations, and the lobby area looks very nice. The workers all provide kind, helpful service. The location is pretty good. But that’s where the positives stop. I’m in Bangkok with my mother, and we checked into this hotel yesterday. I knew to keep my expectations low because the room was just $60/night. But when we got to our floor, the hallway REEKED of marijuana smell (no, it’s not allowed.) It’s been nearly 24 hours and the smell is still noticeable. The room itself is small but otherwise seemed fine at first, besides some obvious scuff marks on the floor. Then I noticed that the sheets are stained with something black (ink pen maybe,) the TV didn’t work (we had to call someone to come connect it to the server,) and the shower… The shower suffers from a design flaw. The lip of the tub sits higher than the surrounding tile, so when you use the shower, all the water that hits the walls, accumulates and pools on the surrounding tile, unable to run back into the tub. Instead it leaks out the front side and gets all over the bathroom floor. And because of this, I’m sure, the grout around the shower is moldy and gross. But the last straw was this morning at breakfast. I saw not one but two different roaches. One was on the table at the omelette station, crawling right past the food items; the other was in the inside “deli” room on the table. I saw it run towards/behind the drinking glasses. Both roaches were about an inch long. Oh, and if you’re expecting good food at the hotel’s Mexican restaurant, you’ll be very disappointed. My enchilada was bland and the tortillas tasted old and doughy. My mother’s nachos were also tough and stale, and the salsa tasted flat, like it came straight from a jar. But now I wonder what the kitchen looked like, if we saw two roaches just in the dining area of the breakfast area. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to go somewhere clean and nice. Update: management moved us to a different room with a better walk-in shower and gave us drink vouchers. Bumped up my review from 1 to 2 stars for the helpful service

Beautiful view from room. Fantastic service as soon as you get out of the car. Everyone is so welcoming and kind, breakfast is great with many options and the bar on the main lobby building is incredible. Benz and her friend truly deliver great drinks and phenomenal service. Best smoked old fashion I've had in Thailand.
