I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and welcoming but what truly made my experience special was Apple, the receptionist. She’s an incredible person with such a good soul and positive energy. Always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring about guests’ comfort. Apple is by far the best receptionist I’ve met , she made me feel at home from the first moment. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely come back again.

Staying a full week at Radisson Suites in Bangkok was truly a marvellous experience. From the front desk service to the thoughtful & most helpful Staff headed by mine host, Base was simply superb. My partner had a need for a dentist & was not only given advice but driven to her appointment by the hotel’s complimentary tuk tuk 🛺, now that’s service! We are here to relax and not necessarily shop, so the rooftop pool & bar were an added bonus with again polite & good service. Breakfast was tasty with many options to choose which is helpful over a week for variety. We enjoyed the hotel & especially Base & other staff so much that I have already rebooked to return in a week’s time to attend a conference in Bangkok which was not originally planned. I travel frequently but first time at this hotel where I have no hesitation to recommend. Kind regards Drew & Allie

The hotel rooms and staff and very helpful and the hospitality level is phenomenal! Music in the reception handled everything perfectly and made sure that my stay is comfortable and she took steps to insure that I had an amazing stay! Make sure when you’re in the hotel to ask for “Music” and she’ll hook you up with the best deals and best service!!!!

We are staying for three nights and enjoy every moment of it. Whenever we have a question, the staff is happy to help us with a big smile. We're not used to this level of service in our own country, so we truly appreciate the warm welcome. On Friday, we enjoyed a coffee and biscuits during the happy hour (every Friday from 4 to 5 PM). The rooms are clean, there is a free shuttle to the MRT train stops and Skytrain stops, the gym is open 24/7 and the swimming pool 7 am until 8 pm. It’s a big hotel in a big city, but somehow it’s really calm, especially the rooftop bar with swimming pool because it’s really high. The breakfast is also more than we are used to. Typical thai breakfast, yoghurt with fruit to pancakes, hot beans, bacon, fresh eggs which you can order on the side and many more. Thank you, Sara, for the lovely chat during the coffee!
