Had a fantastic stay at Rembrandt Residences Bangkok! The location was honestly perfect — just a short walk from BTS Asok and Sukhumvit MRT, making it super convenient to explore the city. One of the best parts was that the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street, so despite being in the heart of Bangkok, the evenings were peaceful and relaxing. We were also very grateful to receive an early check-in at 11 am even though the official check-in time was 2 pm. The receptionists were incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you as well for the beautiful flower arrangements I had requested for our anniversary celebration — it truly made the occasion feel memorable and extra special. We stayed on the 27th floor and the city view was absolutely stunning at night. The room itself was huge, with a spacious hall, separate bedroom, and very comfortable beds that made the stay even better. A very special thanks to KREM from room service — he did an outstanding job throughout all 4 days of our stay. The room was always spotless, towels were fresh, and water bottles and tissues were constantly restocked without us even asking. Truly one of the most hardworking and attentive staff members we’ve come across. Thank you, KREM, for making our stay extra comfortable! Only one small downside was that the bathroom water heater wasn’t working properly, so getting a proper hot shower was a bit difficult. Apart from that, everything else was absolutely fabulous. Would definitely love to stay here again on our next Bangkok trip!

The property is dated, and our room was particularly not as advertised. However, when I asked them to change the room, we were given a room on the 19th floor which was newly renovated. They also gave us a cake as they overheard it was my daughter's birthday, and that brought a smile to my face. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast has a massive spread, and they also accommodated a late check-out. The location is fantastic, and overall it was a great experience.

From the moment we arrived at the Rembrandt Residence, we were greeted by Bo, whose warm and radiant smile instantly made us feel right at home. Her level of professionalism is truly outstanding; she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. We particularly appreciated her expert recommendations for local entertainment—she has a brilliant pulse on the city, and every suggestion she made was a highlight of our trip. Bo possesses a certain 'magical touch' that transforms a standard hotel visit into an unforgettable experience. Her hospitality is the primary reason we are already planning our next stay. I eagerly look forward to my return!

For us, the location was super important, and the Rembrandt Residence was simply perfect. The staff was super courteous and fulfilled all our requests. We arrived early in the morning and were given a temporary room to rest up till the room we reserved became available. The room staff were fabulous, and our room looked brand new every time we returned to the hotel. The rooms are S P A C I O U S and well appointed. Seeing as,we were here for a long stay, having a,washer/dryer in the room was a true blessing. All in all, value for money was beyong excellent. We usually come to Bangkok twice annually and would definitely book this property again.

Hotel and staff are very nice and accommodating, location is close to lots of food shops and a mall. Breakfast thats included is very good. Tang our room cleaner is very good and flexible as we were in the room for long times and they would come and clean in the evening when we would be gone. The only small issue I had was the bed was just a little too hard for me. Other than that everything was great and I would stay here again.
