I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The service was absolutely first class from start to finish. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. A special thank you to Kosala, my room boy, who did an exceptional job. He was courteous, efficient, and ensured my room was always spotless and comfortable. His dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

I recently stayed at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, and overall the experience was okay but not what I expected from a 5‑star hotel. Parking & First Impression: The stay began with a frustrating parking experience. We were directed to park in a faraway, empty field with overgrown grass and no proper cover, even though we later saw that there was proper, convenient parking closer to the hotel. I take great care of my car, so leaving it exposed like that was really upsetting—if it had rained, the car would have been ruined. After parking, we had to walk all the way back to the hotel to check in, which significantly affected our first impression. The same long walk had to be repeated again during checkout. Staff & Service: The staff were friendly and polite, but they were clearly dealing with a large number of guests, so service felt stretched. They tried their best, but the overall attentiveness was not what you would expect from a high-end property. Rooms & Amenities: The room and amenities were acceptable, but not exceptional. For the price and the 5‑star rating, we expected a more premium experience. The quality felt closer to what you would typically get from a 3–4 star hotel elsewhere. Overall: While the stay wasn’t terrible, it definitely didn’t feel like a true 5‑star experience. The parking inconvenience and lack of proper guidance really brought down the value of the stay. With improvements to guest convenience and clearer service processes, the experience could be significantly better.

Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was perfectly clean & tidy, creating a very comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. The hospitality was outstanding. From the very first moment, we were greeted with such a warm welcome and genuine kindness from the staff. Every team member was friendly, supportive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We were also touched by the wonder anniversary surprise arranged by the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our special day even more memorable and meaningful. Small details like this truly show how much the hotel cares about its guests. The location is simply amazing , peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The infinity pool was breathtaking, with stunning views and a calm atmosphere that made it difficult to leave. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The overall experience was beyond amazing, combining excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return again in the future. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

What an incredible stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional hospitality, delicious food, fantastic cocktails, and wonderful facilities for children. A special thank you to Amanda, Nimsha, Maleesha, Vihini, Punsara and the entire Front Office team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out. The chefs and restaurant teams also deserve special recognition for the outstanding dining experiences throughout our stay. An all-round fabulous experience in a beautiful setting. We have stayed at this hotel ten times. We enjoy the whole experience. The sea view rooms which are cleaned daily by our room boy Nishantha are spacious and comfortable. The gardens are kept tidy daily by the gang of gardeners and the pool boys always make sure we have a sun bed and fresh towels,. The food in the Bufe restaurant offers a huge variety of dishes from different countries. You have the option to eat in Noodles restaurant and Fire restaurant which offers Italian cuisine. The chefs make themselves known and the waiters in all the restaurants are polite and helpful. All contact with staff members has been met with a smile. We hopefully will come for an eleventh time to this beautiful beach front hotel.
