We had an incredible time at Cinnamon Bey. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the facilities are amazing. The staff deserves a special mention — everyone was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. You feel taken care of from the first moment. The food was excellent with a great variety, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and luxurious. The beachfront location is perfect, and the entire property feels peaceful and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily come back. Highly recommend! 🌴✨

We booked the Junior Suite, and it was absolutely lovely — spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room had a separate living area and bedroom, each with its own TV, making it extra comfortable and private. The buffets were truly impressive — a wide spread with so many options to choose from! From local Sri Lankan favorites to international dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each meal felt like a feast, and the service throughout was excellent. The staff were always friendly and attentive. One of the highlights was the Deluxe Guest Pool — calm, clean, and reserved for exclusive guests. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful swim away from the crowds. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy a stroll by the sea or catch a beautiful sunset. Overall, Cinnamon Bey Beruwala offered the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and seaside relaxation. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and indulgent coastal escape! 🌴🌊✨

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and will remain a wonderful memory for a long time. The property is beautifully located right by the ocean, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere from the very first moment. Whether you choose to unwind on a sunbed by the pool or relax on the quiet green areas slightly away from the main part of the hotel, every space invites you to rest and enjoy the surroundings. One of the hotel’s most impressive features is its partially open lobby and adjoining buildings, which allow guests to stay connected with nature throughout the day — feeling the gentle ocean breeze and soaking in the natural light. The hotel also offers several restaurants where you can enjoy excellent cuisine, each providing its own memorable culinary experience. Guests can take advantage of massages and various amenities designed for complete relaxation. The stunning beach right next to the hotel is a wonderful place to spend time by the ocean. Additionally, nearby towns offer many small shops with souvenirs, local crafts, and much more. The hotel itself hosts exhibitions and sales of artworks and handmade items created by local artists, adding an authentic cultural touch. Just outside the hotel, guests can also find a small grocery store and massage studios, providing added convenience. However, even the most beautiful surroundings wouldn’t be as delightful without the incredible hotel staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help — you can tell they truly care about making guests feel welcome. We would especially like to express our gratitude to Ms. Nethami De Silva, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Her knowledge helped us choose the perfect restaurant for dinner, and she provided valuable information about the hotel’s services as well as local attractions. This is a place with soul, a warm atmosphere, and heartfelt hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone dreaming of a wonderful getaway by the ocean.

I recently stayed at Cinnamon Bay Beruwala and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully located right by the beach, offering stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. The entire resort is clean, well maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery a perfect place to relax and unwind. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless with all amenities comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a balcony view that made every morning special. The food at the main restaurant was excellent with a wide buffet spread a great mix of Sri Lankan and international dishes. Breakfast especially was outstanding with plenty of fresh options. The pool area was large and relaxing, with easy access to the beach for a morning walk or an evening sunset view. The entire experience felt safe, calm, and refreshing. It’s a perfect destination for couples, families, or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday with top-notch hospitality. Overall, I’d highly recommend Cinnamon Bay Beruwala a place that blends comfort, great service, and natural beauty perfectly. I’ll definitely visit again!

Situated by the Indian Ocean, with large rooms and good ensuite facilities. Bufi, Noodles and Fire restaurants, all excellent. Lovely large pool with attentive staff, thanks Wasana! Short tuk tuk ride to town with really polite and helpful drivers. All staff (espcially Harsha, Nalaka, Sadunika, Shehani and Ikeshi) and locals super friendly, would defo recommend
