We had a wonderful stay at Sentido Heritance on 29th August with my wife and our 8-month-old son. From the moment we arrived, the experience was truly memorable. The hotel has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how comfortable and convenient everything was with our little baby. The hospitality made us feel very much at home. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. The food was also very enjoyable, with a good variety of options. What made the stay even more special was being able to enjoy some quality family time in such a peaceful and beautiful setting. Travelling with an 8-month-old can sometimes be challenging, but the team at Sentido Heritance made the experience smooth and enjoyable for us. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We truly enjoyed our time there and would be happy to visit again with our little one. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing, from the warm welcome to the food and the overall service. A special thank you to "Ishara", who welcomed us so warmly and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a small misunderstanding when booking the room over the phone, as we had requested a king-size bed and a separate single bed for our daughter, but the room was arranged as a twin room. Ishara kindly helped us sort everything out and made sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated her excellent service and kindness. ❤️ The buffet was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of food. Our daughter especially enjoyed the baby pool and had such a lovely time. Overall, we had a beautiful and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to visit again! ❤️✨

My sister and I stayed at Sentido Heritance Negombo for two days last week (August 2026). Our Superior Deluxe Twin Room on the second floor had an excellent view of the ocean and we were mesmerized by the beautiful sunset and we simply loved watching the fishing boats in the morning. The breakfast buffet was superb and we did have a buffet dinner one night which was simply excellent. All the staff were extremely courteous and friendly and Mr. Dushantha and Miss Madhuwanthi stood out from the rest for catering to our needs. Our room and the bathroom were very clean and it was a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. We shall definitely return to this hotel again, and I recommend Sentido Heritance Negombo without any hesitation to anyone who wishes to spend a holiday by the sea, while enjoying excellent food. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was great. The food was great. Recommend the French bread. Taste like banhmi bread. Everything is little bit spicy. It was about $15 per person. The room was comfortable with good AC. Great shower. Madu was very helpful. The concierge was very helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony offering a beautiful ocean view. It felt very relaxing and the overall comfort level was good. The service was also excellent the staff were friendly and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel is not the best, but it was still enjoyable. We watched the sunset, took some nice photos, and it was refreshing for the eyes and mind. We had booked the full board package with high expectations for the buffet. Breakfast was decent with reasonable variety, but lunch and dinner were quite disappointing. We noticed many repeated desserts, and the flavors overall were not up to the mark with limited options. Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed it. The room comfort, ocean view, and service made up for the food shortcomings.
