We had a wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel and would highly recommend it. There are so many positive things I could mention, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every single member of the team was professional, genuinely friendly, and always went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They delivered outstanding service with a smile, and throughout our holiday we didn’t encounter a single staff member who wasn’t helpful and welcoming. Everyone deserves recognition—from the reception team, pool staff, bar and restaurant teams, spa and massage therapists, security personnel, and housekeeping. They all contributed to making our stay memorable. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and beautiful surroundings. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast offers an excellent selection of fresh and delicious food. Despite the high standard of service and facilities, the atmosphere remains peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Sentido Heritance Negombo. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing holiday. A special thank you to Sewmini at the reception. Brilliant stay at the Heritance. Location is good with highly rated restaurants in close proximity and direct access to the beach. Grounds are very well kept - visited in July and weather was great too. Bedrooms to a good standard. Breakfast was a star piece - varied high quality options, from local foods to omelette station AND all food was hot (something that is scarce in Sri Lankan hotels). Special shoutout to Raveen at the pool bar who expertly crafts delicious cocktails / drinks, always with a smile and great attitude.

Sentido Heritance Negombo exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality from the staff stood out and made our stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Pasan, our waiter, who consistently provided outstanding service with a friendly attitude and great attention to detail. Jagath, the porter, made our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. Chandika at reception was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The biggest highlight of our stay was Concierge Sampath. He is an absolute asset to the hotel and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. His knowledge, dedication, and willingness to help made a huge difference to our experience. It is rare to come across someone so committed to guest satisfaction, and he truly elevated our stay. Because of Sampath and the incredible team at Sentido Heritance Negombo, we will definitely be returning in the near future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and a relaxing, high-quality stay.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was great. The food was great. Recommend the French bread. Taste like banhmi bread. Everything is little bit spicy. It was about $15 per person. The room was comfortable with good AC. Great shower. Madu was very helpful. The concierge was very helpful.
