We stayed at Heritance Negombo for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, with special thanks to Samantha and Silvester at Bluetan, the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional — great quality, diverse options, and absolutely not to be missed. Our room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the sea. The gym was well-equipped for a solid workout and comfortably air-conditioned. The room’s air-conditioning was also excellent, easily adjustable and quick to cool the large space. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.

I had only breakfast here. It is extremely good and recommendable. A large variety of dishes on the buffet. Also for vegetarians a lot of choices. The service is perfect, the supervisor Madu of the restaurant is very helpful. One can eat on the veranda with seaview, very relaxing. It is worth the price.

It’s a 5 star hotel for a reason. Special thank you to Rashmi from reception who made our stay all the more special. We were upgraded, and a birthday cake was left ready in our room for a special surprise. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and beyond helpful. The spa massage was amazing, the pool cocktails, the dinner and breakfast, all around excellent stay. Thank you so much again!

Beautiful hotel! The rooms were very clean & the food was great! Sitmi and Navindi greeted us with the biggest smiles on arrival. They even gave us room tours and followed up to make sure everything was okay with our rooms.

We stayed 8 nights in this fantastic hotel with a beautiful sea side view, clean rooms and good food (we liked the menu style diners a lot more then the buffets ;) ) . The staff was also great, especially  Maduwanthi, Suresh (for giving an extended explanation on cricket), Madhawa, Rohitha (for the arrack suggestions) and Dilshan. Each giving us an exceptional experience on their own. We appreciated the parting gift aswell.
