I had a really wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Everything was well taken care of, from the comfortable room to the excellent room service. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was also perfect and very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. I really appreciated how clean, peaceful, and comfortable the whole place felt. Every little detail made the stay more enjoyable, and the service was truly impressive. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Harsha and Mr. Irosh from the F&B Department for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and their friendly service made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Their effort and dedication truly deserve to be appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here. The combination of the beautiful location, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and excellent service made my stay feel really special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I would happily come back again.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to *Mrs. Dilini* and *Mrs. Kayshalya* at reception, and *Mr. Saman* at restaurant and *Mr. Nuwan* in the pool and beach area. They were so helpful and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The food and beverages were excellent. Safety and service were beyond expectations. I especially appreciated how well they looked after children at both the beach and the pool. Highly recommend this hotel!

A Truly Wonderful Stay at The Fortress Resort & Spa! My family and I stayed at The Fortress Resort & Spa for one night, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is breathtaking, with beautiful Gothic-inspired architecture and stunning ocean views. Our rooms were immaculate, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Meril Hirun and Irosh for their wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this beautiful resort. We would love to return!

I spent one night here with my family, and it was a truly beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful place. Our room, overlooking the beautiful beach, was extremely comfortable. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible service. Honestly, one day felt too short to fully enjoy this wonderful place! We hope to visit again in the future.
