Just back from a weeks stay here and it was fantastic. Lovely big rooms which were cleaned every day. The buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day, everything you wanted and more. The chef freshly frys your eggs and makes omelets to your preference. Poppy who looked after us all and the children was brilliant, we really enjoyed bingo, and tasting the cocktails of the day. The children enjoyed the face painting and other games she had for them. The staff are the friendliest I have ever come across and nothing was too much trouble, I must mention Marium who was lovely and we had some great chats. The only downside was the beds around the pool. We were coming in about 11.30 at night and most of them were already taken with towels reserving them then people weren't coming until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. But despite that we had a great week and would definitely come back.

Had a lovely week stay here. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I stayed in room A206, had a nice view of the pool, sun hits the balcony in the morning but you lose it in the afternoon which isn’t the hotels fault but good to know if you stay in block A. Reception staff were helpful and cleaning staff were on the ball. It was nice to see that the pool area, steps and walkways are cleaned each morning between 6 and 8 ready for the day ahead. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the front . Overall had a lovely stay.

This is only our second visit to Los Cristianos and to be honest with you, the low price for 5 days was what swayed me into booking this hotel, I knew we had previously stayed a little closer to town and the beach but the extra walk up a slight hill was not a deal breaker. For the price we paid we expected basic, but clean. My expectations were low, they shouldn’t have been. We have only had positive experiences here. Spacious apartments, cleaned daily, friendly and welcoming staff - we knew there was no air con, don’t really feel you need air on at this time of year it is cool enough at night to sleep comfortably. Well equipped apartments with kitchenette and ample space. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely come here again. We usually book self catering but this time we included breakfast for not too much more on the price. It was well worth it, plenty of choice for breakfast and we feel we have saved a bit of money by not needing to eat so much out during the day. Evening meals in the area for two have been betweeen 35-58 euros including alcohol and for two main courses. 15 euro boat trips to see pilot whales and dolphins were a highlight of this trip. Temperatures have been around 20 degrees in the day, cardigan weather at night time. It’s been the relaxing few days that we needed to escape the sun zero temp and snow at home. Feels busier in January than it did in Easter when we were here but not so busy it’s a problem. And we didn’t have a pre booked transfer the taxi rank at the airport brought us here for 25 euros and it was a 15 minute journey. We will come again :) it has been the perfect place to stay!

Staff are brilliant, all of them. Location is good, it is up a hill, but it is not anything as bad as we had seen in reviews or blogs. Its about a 15 min walk to the seafront. There are a few shops and places to eat or drink on the way to the seafront. I can only speak for the room we have. Its clean, actually its very clean and the beds are very comfortable. A well stocked kitchen area, although only 1 plug socket. No A/C, there is a fan in the lounge and bedroom. The lounge one isn't working atm the bedroom one does help keep the room slightly cooler. The pool bar and shop are both good, the food and drinks from the bar were both good quality and value. No cash , its card only.

Staying on 4th floor of block C, views are nice on both sides, bedroom on the back, living room on pool side. Massive balcony, these are not rooms, these are like whole apartments and they are biiig! Not the most modern but very very clean. Location is rather quiet and around 1.5k-2k from the nice beach. Had a great holiday with an 1.5 yeor old 😀
