We have just returned from a fantastic 9-night stay and would happily return. The only real negative was arriving late in the evening and finding that no snacks or food were available, meaning we went to bed without eating. Apart from that, our experience was excellent. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, with rooms cleaned daily if required and bedding changed whenever requested. We also appreciated the free safe and complimentary pool/beach towels. The entire hotel is immaculate. Everywhere, from the rooms to the dining areas and pool surroundings, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, with no loud music or intrusive entertainment around the pool during the day, which we really enjoyed. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of choice at every meal. Our only minor criticism was that some breakfast items could have been hotter. We also had a slightly disappointing experience on our first morning when we accidentally used a gluten-free toaster because it wasn't clearly signposted. A staff member corrected us, but the interaction could have been handled a little more kindly as it was our first day. The staff were generally very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Any issues were dealt with quickly – for example, the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't working when we arrived, but it was repaired within half an hour of us reporting it. The evening entertainment was also lovely. There were some really talented singers, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. One thing we particularly liked was that we could see and hear the entertainment from our balcony, so if we didn't feel like going downstairs, we could still enjoy it. It also finished at 10pm, which we found perfect as it didn't go on too late. The location is excellent, close to everything, with beautiful views and a fantastic rooftop area. We could hear buses beeping from reversing busses at the bus station across the road, it wasn't particularly disruptive. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel. Clean, relaxing, well located, with excellent food, great entertainment, and outstanding service throughout.

We have just go back after spending 10 days, this was first adults only holiday ( family with 17y & 19y) 100% would come back, if you're looking for a calm environment, little entertainment every night was someone different singing but finished by 9:30/10pm, you don't need to rush to get sunbeds more than enough, few mintues walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants 😊 . We went all inclusive. The hotel was always spotless everywhere you went, all staff very friendly, helpful and very welcoming and some very funny, especially the barman 😊. This was a smaller hotel then we are use too and the food choices were good but on a smaller scale, sometimes not as hot but they did have a microwave you could heat it up. Snacks were limited too, you could help yourself to soft drinks, beer and sangria without having to ask, that was really good. The pool was perfect but near the end of our break it could have done with the pool lifeguard to clean off the top as it started looking a bit unless clean. One of the lifeguard was really good and did do this but others just sat. The rooms were very nice, clean and everything you needed, lovely view could see the sea, stunning sunset views too. Bed were comfortable sockets close to the bed, use of a digital safe which you put your own code in, first time I have ever not needed to pay to use one.this was free to use. Rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted and they spent a long time cleaning, not just a quick wipe, very impressive, you get shower towels and grey pool towels which you can get clean ones very day. Reception very helpful organised taxis. Only looked but they had a good gym, can't comment on the spa, we didnt use it Only small negatives were bar closes at 11, would have been nice to have something different for evening entertainment not just singers . Bus station over the road so could hear them sometimes whilst they reversed. When we got dropped off it was at the back entrance, no sign on the closed gate so didnt really know if that was our hotel Also it can get very slippery around the pool so be careful

What a lovely hotel! Not a 5 star for me but I can see that it would be to a couple who enjoy a chilled relaxing holiday. Service was impeccable with amazing staff from the cleaners to reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there and was very accommodating. Food was very limited (for me) as I am a very picky eater and so I lived off of pasta and chips for the majority of my stay, however the breakfast selection was amazing. They do a themed buffet with different cuisines every night which most people would enjoy. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. Every room is equipped with a mini kitchen which I found to be a nice touch. The cleaners work so hard and it shows. The overall atmosphere of this hotel is VERY relaxed. No music or vibes around the pool apart from an aqua aerobics session which lasts for four songs which we enjoyed. The evening entertainment is also a bit disappointing for people who enjoy a show as it is just a different singer every-night singing very slow songs sat amongst the chairs (no stage or lighting or variety). However, the location is amazing which meant that we only had to walk four minutes to see some more lovely entertainment and eat better food in the evenings. I can see this hotel being a 5 star for a lot of people but for me personally I prefer a bit more life. But overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it, the room was cleaned really well and people at reception were nice. the staff are really friendly. very relaxing at the pool with no noise or people bringing speakers. the rooms are simple and quite basic but they do the job! the only problem we had was with the lights, at times they didn't work during the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunprime Ocean View and would happily recommend this hotel to other couples! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. We were greeted at reception by Nicolas, who was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. We immediately connected with him — it honestly felt like we were talking to an old good friend rather than someone we had just met. He really made a lasting impression on both my husband and me. 😊 We were welcomed with a delicious drink upon arrival, and everything was beautifully organised, clean, and well taken care of. All the staff were kind and helpful, but Nicolas truly stood out and made our stay even more special. The food was also very tasty, and we were completely satisfied with the quality and variety. A big thank you to Nicolas and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! Sending our warmest regards to all of you, and especially to Nicolas. ❤️ We would definitely stay here again and can confidently recommend Sunprime Ocean View! 🌴☀️
