My stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City was truly memorable. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are excellent, and the view of the creek adds a beautiful touch to the entire experience. Every corner of the hotel feels well-maintained and welcoming. A special mention must go to Mr. Man Kumar, whose service made my stay even better. He is incredibly polite, charming, and attentive, always ready to help with a genuine smile. His professionalism and kindness stood out, and he made sure every detail was taken care of smoothly. Guests like me truly appreciate his positive attitude and dedication

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City during a business trip. Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel adds thoughtful touches that make the experience feel personal without being over the top. I did have an issue with my first room, but the front desk handled it quickly and professionally. Even though the hotel was almost full, they still managed to switch my room without any trouble. Kael and Lisa were especially helpful and really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was the highlight. The food quality and variety were excellent, but it was the team running the restaurant that made it memorable. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests start their day well. A big thank you to all the restaurant staff and to Chef Terry for the great service. The only downsides were the dated bathroom design and a damp smell in the first room, which suggest the hotel could use some updates, especially in the washrooms. It is a five star hotel, and the staff are the reason it truly feels that way.

Crowne Plaza offers an excellent stay experience with a great location that provides easy access to nearby attractions. The overall service is impressive, especially during the buffet breakfast. The food selection is varied and well-prepared, and the service team ensures a pleasant dining experience. A special mention goes to Mina from the food service team, who was exceptionally attentive and hospitable. His professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced the breakfast experience. Crowne Plaza stands out for its ideal location, excellent service, and dedicated staff. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel well placed close to the Festival City Mall, 15 minutes from the Airport. Two beautifull swimming pools at the 5th floor overseeing the Khor Dubai river and facing Dubai Creek and Burj Khalifa a little bit far away. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Daily filled with all necessary stuff. Thank you Atay for taking care of my room. Breakfast is various and tasty with a great service provided by the Staff. Special mention for Joana, Emelyn and Bhawna, always smiley, kind and professionnal. Another very special mention to the welcome desk Team (Retno thank you for all - Terima kasi) very welcoming and willing to help and making your stay as better as possible. In this hotel you have the Belgian café with lot of nice people and especialy Bhawana who is a great person. Thank you for this 7 days stay.

I stayed @ Crown Plaza Festival City for 3 days for a Conference. A well maintained property with proximity to major destinations. Room is spacious and View from the room was simply amazing... Food , Service everything was par excellence... All staff were exceptionally good..attentive & responsive..special mention to Mr.Arun Krishnan (Front Desk) and Mr. Abu ( Zaytoun Restaurant). I had a memorable experience being here for 3 days and I look forward for my next stay here soon.. Cheers to the Entire Team and keep the Good Work going... Breeze Joy.
