I spent a week in February at this lovely Hotel. My Room overlooked Dubai Creek, and it was a joy to enjoy that view every morning! The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the room service was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful week of relaxation! It was especially relaxing in the jacuzzi, pool, or sauna. The location is perfect, close to the airport, Dubai Festival City right outside, and near the Burj Khalifa. I would love to come back!

I am writing this review because the hotel staff were superb. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels, but the staff at this hotel were truly amazing. Especially Muhammad Faisal — he always had a big smiling face and was always eager to help. Because of him and the team, I will definitely stay here again whenever I come to Dubai. Also, Chef Parkash was amazing. He prepared special food for my 18-month-old son, which we really appreciated. Bhavna was wonderful as well — every morning she greeted us with a big smile and arranged the perfect seating for us and our baby. Front desk reception Arjun The cleaning staff were also excellent. We have the good stay for vacation in Crowne Plaza hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The service is just fine. The front is not so good. I ask the way to go somewhere like walking to the lune and it is not precise at all, taking more time on me. Also I called the front and the man staff hang up on me. Very rude. However, the house keeper is good. if you need anything they will bring you like a hard pillow since the pillow in room are too soft. The house keeper will check on us if we need anything. The hotel is easily to access to Festival city mall and not too busy area compare to city center. It is also close to the airport like 10 mins away. Mr.Man Kumar well taking care of our luggages and has serve good service.

Exceptional Stay at Crowne Plaza Festival City ​We recently stayed here for a conference and had a fabulous experience. The team at this hotel is wonderful—so friendly and polite, and nothing is ever too much trouble. ​I want to give special thanks to Fazal from housekeeping, who ensured our room was always clean, fresh and super comfortable. The same level of care came from the Engineering Team and the fantastic, friendly staff at Zaytoun restaurant. ​The hotel is in an excellent location with great facilities, including a wonderful pool and fitness center. Whether you're here for work or a getaway, the service here is second to none.

I truly commend the staff of this hotel. The warm welcome was consistent with our previous stay. I did not feel any discrimination even though I am a person of determination. I deeply appreciate Ms. Aimee Gintu and Sir Mohammed Fayed for allowing us to check out later than usual. It greatly eased my burden on the last day as I did not expect to spend longer hours at the hospital. I forgot the name of the kind lady who checked us in. When I return I will ensure I will write her name as she was also very accommodating. I appreciate the room assigned to us. The bathroom (combined shower and bathtub) was challenging but it was just a two-night stay so I was able to ovecome the challenge. Hopefully, in our next stay, I will be able to try the accessible room. Thank you, Sir Arun, for a seamless checkout. I appreciate it. Thank you Ms. Khin of the F&B for considering our medical conditions. Thank you for the extra mile. Thank you also Sir Peter for ensuring that we would get our requests from the F&B. The bread basket is amazzing. It may be a simple bread basket, but for me the texture and taste were perfect. I also thank the housekeeping staff, especially Sir Nyzaif, for taking care of our needs. I appreciate your assistance. Even the operators (Sir Immanuel) are very cordial and polite. Ms. May, thank you again!
