I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jumeirah several times over the past few years, and once again it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. All of the staff are exceptionally personal, friendly, and helpful — genuinely some of the best people you could hope to meet. Their professionalism, training, and the way they work together as a team really stand out and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of quality food, and the lounge service is excellent. Every part of the stay was enjoyable — from check-in to checkout. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back again, just as I have in the past. Just a little bit a few of the friendly personnel who are magnificent at all times,

My stay at this hotel has been a wonderful experience. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumerah for just over a week and I must say I was impressed on many levels. The room was spacious and modern with all the details you could want for a long term stay. Location is perfect is you want to be close to be not too far from everything. Plenty of shops nearby. The on site restaurant and pub was perfect great food and very freindly staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Shuvo who was my room attendant for my stay. He want above and beyond to make sure I had everything I need in a prompt manner and always had the biggest smile on every time I saw him during my stay. As a frequent long stay hotel guest it's the little details and experiences that make the difference between good and great. If your looking for a great stay, this is your spot!

We recently visited Crowne Plaza Jumeirah to attend a marriage engagement function. The banquet hall and overall arrangements were excellent and maintained with high standards of hygiene. After the function, we had lunch at the restaurant with an open buffet. The food was delicious, hygienic, and of very good quality. The service team was extremely courteous and supportive, especially Ms. Thet, who ensured we were comfortable throughout and attended to all our requests with great care. Her service truly deserves a 10/10. Overall, I would rate the hotel’s housekeeping, food quality, banquet facilities, and staff an 8/10.
