We just had our event in the ballroom, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the service was truly exceptional. Special thanks to Deepak, Anu, and Youraj for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout the event. A heartfelt appreciation as well to Alisa for her outstanding support , she made sure everything ran smoothly and was always ready to assist. The only area that needs improvement is the sound system and microphones. We experienced some difficulties during the event, and it took time to get the issue resolved. We hope this can be improved for future events. Overall, thank you to the team for making our event memorable!

I have been staying at this hotel for 9 months now and unlikely to ever stay anywhere else. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Big shout out to my cleaner Ram and the IT department for looking after me so we'll. The room is always spotless, both cleaners do a fantastic job and the IT department swiftly fixed an issue I had within minutes of asking. All the food is very good and the gym and pool area top the hotel off nicely. A fantastic hotel and staff Jim

We had a great experience during my stay at crowne plaza Jumeirah. A special thanks to security officer Anish and shahbaz. Anish and shahbaz momin hassn subin were incredibly helpful with handling my luggage and arranging a cab to the airport, making my checkout smooth and stress-free. The hotel’s location is also excellent, just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and markets. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay.
