Our two week stay at the Delano Hotel was exceptional from beginning to end. The entire team consistently provided outstanding service, with genuine warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Patrick always made us feel welcome, while Sawyu impressed us with a consistently warm and friendly approach. Kabir and Uluybek delivered excellent service at breakfast and throughout the restaurant, always being attentive, professional, and welcoming. The high level of service across the hotel truly made our stay special. A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel so well taken care of. We would love to return!

this hotel really elevated after Delano took over, the service is amazing although it’s a very big resort you still have the calmness and Boutique style vibes. Pool and beach are really great. The staff are very attentive and sweet. We were warmly welcomed by MO and Kirollos at reception. We felt at home!

We had such a wonderful stay, and a big part of our experience was thanks to Peter! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and he truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Since we were celebrating my sister’s birthday, he kindly upgraded our room to a beautiful suite, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made the occasion even more special. Peter was always approachable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were enjoying our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the gym was clean, modern, and well equipped. Everything about our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, but Peter’s warm hospitality and kindness really stood out and made the experience even more memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it! 🤍

The hotel is so elegant and modern, the breakfast is amazing with so many different yummy options and the location is so good. However, i was a bit disappointed with the service as i mentioned over 3 times (a note while im booking, over call before arrival & at the reception once arrived) that it’s my husband’s birthday on our honeymoon too, and i would love something special or a sweet little gesture.. but my request was completely ignored. My experience would have been a 10/10 if not for that point only as it was a buzzkiller.

We had a wonderful stay at Delano Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nicolas at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and great service. He made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again!
