This is our second year staying at this hotel, and once again we are very happy with our choice. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived, but thanks to the excellent teamwork of Manager Osman Bey and Alesia from the Guest Relations team, everything was resolved quickly and professionally. They turned our stay into a truly comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their attention, kindness, and fast response to every request. Our advice to future guests is simple: if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact the hotel staff. They genuinely care about their guests and will do everything they can to solve any problem. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Delphin Deluxe Resort in Alanya. The service is outstanding, and the staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. The entertainment team deserves special praise – the afternoon activities around the pool are fantastic and create a great atmosphere for both adults and children. The water slides operate for most of the day (10:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00), giving kids plenty of time to have fun. The food is diverse, delicious, and of excellent quality, with something for everyone. Overall, a great hotel that we would happily recommend and visit again.

We stayed for one week at Delphin Deluxe Resort with my family, and we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our vacation. I came from Canada for this holiday, and the experience exceeded all of my expectations. First of all, the staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, hardworking, and professional throughout our stay. The service quality never dropped even for a moment. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and we were especially impressed by the executive chefs personally visiting tables to ask about guest satisfaction. Seeing that level of care and attention in such a large resort was truly remarkable. The cleanliness of the hotel also deserves special appreciation. You can clearly see how much effort the staff puts into maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout the entire resort. From the rooms to the restaurants, pools, and common areas, everything was consistently spotless, and the staff constantly made sure every area stayed clean and well maintained. The animation and entertainment team was energetic, friendly, and very professional. They constantly offered different activities for guests of all ages while never becoming intrusive or uncomfortable. We were also very impressed by the extra care and attention given to families with children. Another major advantage of the hotel is its spacious layout. Because the resort is spread across a very large area, activities never feel overcrowded or disruptive to one another. Even with many events happening throughout the day, there was no disturbing noise or chaos, which created a very balanced and relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Overall, the service quality, food, staff professionalism, entertainment, cleanliness, and general atmosphere were all far above our expectations. This was one of the best family vacations we have had, and we would absolutely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful week at Delphin Deluxe. Everything was superlative and exceeded my expectations, from the diversity of food (every day something different) and drinks, to the day and night entertainment, where we had dancing, acrobatics, live music, competitions, etc. At the same time, the staff was very responsive, open and kind, the atmosphere was wonderful. As minuses, I could mention the beach, which is mostly made up of stones, and the fact that the walls are quite thin, you can hear noises from the neighbors or outside, depending on luck. I definitely recommend anyone to choose this hotel and I would like to come back.

This was one of the best vacations I have ever had, and I would gladly return again. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and attention to detail. My room was cleaned every day, and the minibar was regularly restocked, which made my stay even more comfortable. The 24/7 lobby bar was also a fantastic convenience. What impressed me the most were the transparent elevators. They are unique, beautiful, and gave the hotel a special touch that I will always remember. The aquapark was also excellent and provided a lot of fun throughout the stay. The food was outstanding. I am usually quite picky when it comes to food, but here I found many dishes that I genuinely enjoyed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, the poolside restaurant served delicious meals, and the stuffed baked potatoes quickly became one of my favorites. Dinner was equally impressive, with a huge selection of high-quality dishes every evening. I would also like to mention the seven themed à la carte restaurants, which offered different cuisines and made every dining experience feel special and unique. The evening shows in the theater were entertaining and professionally organized, creating a wonderful atmosphere every night. Most importantly, the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Thank you for making my vacation so memorable.
