I enjoyed a beautiful stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and resolves quickly in case any issues occur. However, calling all inclusive means all inclusive. However, it is sure I will come back and that is the reason I can recommend this hotel for a refreshing experience.

Clean, newly renovated rooms. Plenty of available sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. We really enjoyed the food at the Asian à la carte restaurant. What could use some improvement is a greater variety of food in the main restaurant, for example, grilled shrimp (not just at the cold bar). Service at the main pool could also be better, as the staff on roller skates seemed to avoid us rather than help. Lastly, Customer Relations needs proper training so they don't lie to guests. To be specific, a male staff member lied to me (probably just to get rid of me quickly), whereas a female staff member answered my question and helped me right away.

Sadly I can’t recommend this place for vegans, vegetarians or to people with allergies😞🌱Despite how cheap vegan protein can be (tofu, beans etc.) I was mostly eating bread or pasta with tomato sauce. I was also given a latte with regular milk instead of oat milk due to language barrier. But overall the staff and atmosphere were nice 🙏

Hello. This Hotel is outstanding good and the Personal is so kind. All what you want you get it in a minute. The Location is more a beautyful. You can be here alone, as a couple or with your famely. Her is everything possible. When I come back I will Choose of course the same location. No need to change. Highly recommendet. Keeper everything up Stadt like this.....
