Delphin Imperial is the best luxury resort to exist for families. Everything is well thought of, down to the smallest details. If you have kids, they will definitely be overjoyed and never get bored thanks to the slides, the pool attractions, the theme park, the mini club, and mini disco! There is all types of foods everyday, all day long that fit everyone's tastes! Wether you like eating snacks, fast food, healthy meals, or new flavours, it is all available to you. The staff is very friendly and everyone smiles to you. Servers, bar tenders, cleaning ladies etc. They are also strict on their schedule when it comes to the opening and closing of stands and bars aswell as their swimming pools. The fitness center is well equipped, especially for lifters who wish to lift heavy as there is a smith machine, and dumbells going up to 50kg. The beach is clean and well arranged to everyone's tastes. They will do anything to make you leave satisfied of your trip and I don't think anyone can leave feeling bad about their trip. Just two points to improve: 1- The room are very cold in the morning due to the AC so it would be great to make it easily adjustable 2- Guests waste a lot of water bottles because most of the time they only want to drink a fresh glass of water, and when the water heats down, they just leave it. maybe it'd be better to consider small water bottles , especially outside of restaurants 3- It'd be great to have a few bins in the main restaurant. Event tho waiters always make sure everything is clean, sometimes we just blow our nose and want to throw it in the bin directly by ourselves. Thank you so much Delphin for this experience. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect, from the lovely atmosphere and excellent service to the attention to detail. A special thank you to the amazing guest relations team, especially Violeta, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She made us feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Good food and service, but unacceptable smoking around children We stayed at Delphin Imperial and Delphin BE (July 23 - Aug 4). The staff was friendly, the food was good, and we really enjoyed the evening shows. The Imperial is overall fine, though it is in desperate need of renovation. The most frustrating part of our stay was the smoking. Guests were allowed to smoke freely right next to children at the mini disco every evening. Our clothes smelled like cigarettes for days, and complaining to the staff did absolutely nothing. With most of Europe banning smoking near children, it is shocking that a family resort hasn't caught up. They need to do better.

We had a lovely stay at the Delphin Imperial. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and worked incredibly hard throughout our stay. There was an excellent choice of pools, whether you wanted a lively atmosphere with activities, somewhere peaceful to relax, or the water park, which is brilliant for children of all ages. We were also really impressed with the hotel’s accessibility. It was great to see facilities in place for wheelchair users, including pool access equipment and specialist beach chairs, making it much more inclusive for everyone. Our only disappointment was the dining options for guests who require a gluten-free diet. One member of our party is gluten-free, and we were advised that none of the six à la carte restaurants could cater for them. As a result, we had to eat in the buffet restaurant for every meal. While the buffet offered plenty of choice, it was a shame not to be able to experience any of the speciality restaurants that are advertised as part of the hotel’s offering.

This has been my first time coming to Delphin Imperial and I have been enjoying my time. The atmosphere is fancy, but not cold, more of a warm welcome to enjoy yourself and relax. The water of the pools are warm, the beach waves are clear, the music is always fun. The food is varied to the point I almost felt I had too much to choose from and wanted to try! Before coming I was planning on losing weigth, but it seems those plans will remain for when I return home. The amount of gratuities are also very welcomed, free drinks, some free a la carte restaurants, free gym, free yoga, I for sure want to return! And if you need anyone to help you book places or look around, I recommend Violeta from guest relations!
