My wife and I had a blast on this trip. The staff is truly amazing. They take care fo you. They get to know you and by the end of the trip you feel like family. One playmaker especially, Chicken, was always making sure we were having fun. He would check up on us and make us feel at home. He was involved in all the games and really cares about what he does. Thank you.

Beautiful laid-back Resort, the rooms are very spacious and most of them have at least an ocean view. The beach while we were there was covered with sargassum And extremely stinky, I think it was because we were there in the summer And there’s not anything they can do about that. We were not impressed with the level of service from the Staff overall. Good food at most of the restaurants, Suki was our favorite for Asian. Great place to meet people, especially in the hot tub which is huge. We didn’t use the spa services. This resort was a little too laid-back for us and we’re in our 60s. The nighttime themes were fun, but not many people participated. The nightclub was decent and they hosted some spectacular Shows. The gym was small, but Adequate.

We would like to thank Daniel Sanchez, Guest Service Manager, for consistently providing an amazing experience. We have visited Desire Resorts many times, and Daniel has always delivered exceptional customer service, offering helpful suggestions, answering our questions, and ensuring that all our needs were met. We first met Daniel years ago when he was working at Desire Maya Resort, and it was wonderful to see him again during our recent stay in June at Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort. As always, we received spectacular service, genuine care, and personal attention from both Daniel and his staff. Throughout our stay, Daniel was actively present around the resort, making sure guests' expectations were exceeded and that everyone was comfortable and well cared for. His dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stand out. We especially appreciated the effort Daniel and his team put into organizing the Mexico vs. South Africa World Cup soccer match viewing event. Many guests enjoyed the comfortable setting, great atmosphere, delicious food, and the opportunity to watch the game together in the resort's new entertainment area near the lobby. Thank you, Daniel, and your entire team, for making our vacation memorable once again. Your commitment to guest satisfaction is one of the reasons we continue to return to Desire Resorts. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to return again in August. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at desire pearl! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Playmaker Chicken made my fiancé and I feel comfortable during our stay and encouraged us to play games at the pool. Our butler service with Erick and Irvin made our stay even smoother. Definitely a relaxed vibe if you are new to the environment. If you enjoy your stay, I recommend you sign up for the membership because you will get more for what you pay for.
