We are just back from a fabulous Two week stay at Diamond Cliff. The Hotel is situated high up off a busy road opposite the beach & just a short walk from the main promenade. It does have a steep driveway leading up to the main reception which then continues up to the higher rooms with many steps and walkways which will be most challenging for those of the older generations or those who have walking difficulties. To help with this there is actually a shuttle service which constantly operates from reception transporting guests to & from those higher rooms where acsess can only be made by that steep incline. The grounds are lovely ....very clean & well kept with two great swimming pools where towels are provided for guests using the area. Our room was of a decent size with air conditioning, doorbell fridge/ mini bar /snacks....Tv, kettle,hairdryer, safe plenty of storage & a very comfortable super king-size bed. There was a bath aswell as a shower which to be honest was my only issue with the room as the shower was over the bath & worked off the tap system which wasnt that powerful but it did the job A complimentary tray of toiletries, Bathrobes, outdoor aswell as indoor slippers, a shopping / beach basket & even an umbrella were also provided. Our room was 2219 and cleaned daily by the lovely Ann who not only gave us clean towels, fresh bottled water and topped up the coffee tray at every visit, she also changed the bedding at our request, we just had to indicate when we needed her to do so by using a simple card system they have. The staff are lovely, friendly and ever so helpful If there is anything you need you only have to ask. Breakfast is great with such a huge selection of both hot & cold foods to choose from including fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, yoghurts, pancakes,waffles, meats, cheeses eggs,rice,curries even sushi. Guests are given a voucher to collect a free basket of fruit from the hotel fruit shop & we were also gifted a free candle lit dinner in the hotels Seaview restaurant. Room service is 24 hour you just need to scan the QR code in your room which takes you to the menu. Service is prompt and the food we had was really good. Would i stay at Diamond cliff again ? Definitely yes! Please try the Amritsr Indian restaurant on the beach front ... turn right out of the hotel and follow the path and you will come to it on the opposite side of the road. The food is fab, reasonably priced , you get a great view of the sea from the upstairs front tables.

Both me and my wife stayed at Diamond Cliff resort in Phuket for a week. This was our first visit to Phuket and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location of the Hotel is very good facing the beach. The slight inconvenience is that rooms and the dining halls along with the swimming pools ate situated uphill which makes walking little strenuous. However the resort provides a courtesy transport every few minutes to overcome this. The resort has two swimming pools ( little smaller and a larger one ) both have enough sun beds for the guests. To access the beach you to cross a very busy road. The hotel however has a dedicated security guard who ensures that we cross safely by stopping the busy traffic. Watch out for motorcyclist who at times anre unwilling to stop. The rooms are big and lavishly furnished. The staff of the hotel are really credit to this place. Very polite, courteous and humble. Always willing to help with a great smile. My special Thanks to Supaporn our room attendant. She was marvellous-always service with a smile and always courteous. She was very pleasant as were the other staff The breakfast with a range of wonderful selection of both veg and non veg is really scrumptious with delicious fruit choice.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful resort! We actually visited 25 years ago, and it was such a special experience that we always wanted to come back. Now, after all these years, we can truly say it is still just as amazing — if not even better! The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding and feeling completely at home. everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a superb resort, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. We definitely hope to return again!

We were having the greatest time. We even got engaged here. :-) The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Breakfast has everything you need (and more) at top quality. The rooms (we had a standard room with ocean view, Room #2209) are comfortable and of good standard. Our cleaning lady, Ann, did a great job as well. Thank you for everything. We will come back.

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. Beautiful room (we had Spa room with ocean view), friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amenities. Definitely worth the price, and the location is walkable to town, but light years away from the craziness of downtown.
