Firstly staff are great as Thai culture service mind is high. Rooms are very clean neat and room service is good. Generously... Kids Facility available for below 4 yrsold They have indeed international great breakfast buffet option; continental, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Indian. Wide dinner options available. Gym is fine opens early as i like 6am. Pool wonderful my daughter enjoyed a lot overal great experience in phuket. Close to patong beach shuttle service are limited.

Loved it. Standard room was big enough, photos show there are nicer upgrade options. Fantastic breakfast. Drinks expensive, and the happy hour cocktails very cheap watery - 2 for $15 they could make them decent. Paying full price for them is robery. 2 pools both great. Be aware, on a steap hill there are steps to go anywhere. Not suitable if you have trouble walking 1-3 storeys at a time.

I had a great experience staying at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa in Phuket. The location was excellent, offering easy access to the surrounding area while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcome. My only drawback was the bathtub/shower setup. Having to climb in and out of the high tub to shower was inconvenient and could be difficult for some guests. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa for its beautiful location, spacious accommodations, and exceptional service.

Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa – Phuket ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I had a beautiful stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa. The ocean‑view jacuzzi suite was absolutely stunning — peaceful, romantic, and one of the highlights of my holiday. The resort grounds are lovely, the views are incredible, and overall it’s a great place to relax. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Staff communication and training could be better, especially when handling guest requests. Some parts of the room and amenities need more thorough cleaning. For example, when I boiled water to make tea, I discovered significant residue and buildup inside the kettle, which shows it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This is a hygiene concern, especially for a 5‑star property. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they are important for the resort to address. With better staff training and more attention to cleanliness, Diamond Cliff could easily be a perfect 5‑star experience.

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. Beautiful room (we had Spa room with ocean view), friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amenities. Definitely worth the price, and the location is walkable to town, but light years away from the craziness of downtown.
