I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff truly made the experience even more special. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. A very special thank you to Christos, Antonios, Mill, and Anstazios for their outstanding hospitality and incredible service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference. The only area that could use some improvement is the room service, as it was a little slow at times. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Nice room with private pool. Bathroom had some wear & tear. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was very good! Only a small downside that i didn’t have an omeletstation. Perfect location within 10 minutes of Old Town Chania/harbour. Diner restaurant also very good as well as the lunch that you can eat on your sunbed. We stayed as a couple, it is recommended but even more with kids! The staff was wonderfull with the kids. 9/10!

Locations is gorgeous! You get the best sunrise and sunset view. Front desk check in great we had the very friendly Maryceloni walk us through the property etc Our room was beach front with a plunge pool which is a plus. Water was clean and warm. Room was a great size for the 3 of us. Water is replenished daily. You have all the bathroom amenities that one can need. Due to our status with Marriott we received complimentary food basket, reki and wine. You also have access to the executive lounge which has complimentary alcoholic beverages from 5-10pm. Two restaurants , Domes is for breakfast /lunch/snack and then Zamana open for dinner. Menu changes daily. Staff are very friendly, George at Domes over breakfast is a rockstar. Few days we experienced delayed service with coffee and water refills but since George showed but there was great energy flowing. We spent all the time at the beach. It’s rocky bring water shoes or you can walk with your flip flops and take them off before entering the water. Water was perfect, right amount of wave and very shallow. Lifeguard on duty for your safety. Bar service at the beach was slow but not that bad. Overall good experience it felt like an exclusive resort far from everything but there is a trial that you can take to walk to downtown Chania. It’s a good slow paced 30min walk. Follow the harbor and catch the gorgeous view. It’s safe we walked back at 10pm. Some spots are not as lit but there is a lot of food traffic with people walking to/from the resorts to chania. I would definitely be back here ! It’s a seasonal resort only open 7months in a year.

Absolutely amazing start to our honeymoon at Domes Zeen. From the second we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind. The concierge was incredibly helpful in making local recommendations and helped us book a boat tour which was amazing. The rooms, restaurants, and pool were all stunning. We loved the wine tasting and olive oil tasting activities that were complimentary during our stay. We were able to easily walk into town from the resort - a nice surprise - but felt it was still remote enough to truly relax and unplug. We will absolutely be back!

I am a bit torn on how to review this property. It was an incredible stay for us. Property is absolutely beautiful. Staff is all very pleasant. Good was great. Atmosphere great. Gym indoor and outdoor great. It was just a bit strange of a property for being in Greece… it feels like you are in a Caribbean island resort… don’t get me wrong, it was amazing. It just wasn’t what I expected. The beach was a disappointment. Very rocky, couldn’t walk barefoot. It was a 2 mile walk to old town along a partly unpaved walking trail. But very easy to walk. If you want to go to a nice beach, go to Ammos & Haios in Agia Marina. That beach is incredible and it’s a beach club to hang for a day. Only a 20min drive from domes zeen. Would I stay here again? Hmmm… IDK… if you want the Greek feeling and experience, definitely not the place to be. Again don’t get me wrong, the place is incredible and staff very awesome and very helpful. I just personally would’ve expected to feel more Greek’ish and not Caribbean island’ish….. The rooms were awesome. I booked a 3rd level private suite with pool and it was amazing. Oh, by the way, the little cardboard water containers they give you taste like cardboard lol. Ask for glass bottled water. Super cool place. Just be sure to expect a very island’ish feeling and don’t expect sunset walks on the beach barefoot here. You can’t even see the sunset nicely from here. The sunrise was nice from the beach :) but sunset beach walk in Agia Marina was absolutely the spot to be….
