Had the opportunity to stay at Double Tree by Hilton in Kuala Lumpur for a few days and I was impressed by their level of service and attentiveness throughout my stay. I am especially impressed by their all the staff working at Makan Kitchen you remembered me after the first day and provided extra care to ensure my table was close to the buffet area due to weakness of my legs. Special mention to Rizal and Rino who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to my request. The food at the restaurant was delicious and have ample variety to meet the needs of customers of all nationalities. The room was clean and mattress and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is located next to Intermark Mall which has a good amount of shops and local food options too. Thank you for making my short stay a memorable one.

Had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. What truly made the stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Rizal, Enang, and Ariff for your warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. You all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and were always ready to assist with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator we were welcomed and greeted warmly by the staff. Check in was smooth and we were allowed to check in early as the room is ready. The room is clean, good water pressure, bed comfortable but the pillows are quite flat for my liking. Other cons are there is no kettle provided and the bathroom floor is very slippery. Breakfast buffet have quite a good spread but the food is rather average. However all the drinks are nice and delicious. The breakfast staff are also nice and polite. One particular staff named Ennang was very helpful. She even helped us to get our drinks. Overall we are satisfied with all the services given and recommended anyone to stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff, especially the restaurant team. We were traveling with our infant, and the staff went above and beyond to help with our baby’s food requirements, always being attentive and accommodating. Their kindness and willingness to assist made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service.
