I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel twice — once ten days ago and again four days ago. Both stays were exceptional and truly memorable. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Nane for her warm welcome during my first stay. She was extremely helpful, and I truly value the complimentary upgrade to a larger room. My gratitude also goes to Ms. Noak and Mr. Jame, the manager, for their kind hospitality throughout my second stay. Their professionalism and support made my experience even better. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations — the room, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, swimming pool, and the excellent location. Thank you to the entire team for making my stays so enjoyable. I look forward to returning soon.

We had a mixup with our booking but the staff at the front (Nick) was extremely helpful in helping us resolve the issue and getting us to the room we preferred. Nick, you saved our holiday! Thank you! The building itself is in a mixed condition, some rooms feel very new and luxurious, some other rooms feel small and outdated and could do with a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast is absolutely amazing - the breakfast thai noodle soup was our favourite every morning! The location is amazing for walkability, 5-15 minute walk to everything in Patong.

Loved the hotel, it has been recently remodeled and they did a fantastic job. Breakfast was amazing! Huge variety of items to choose from, everything I had tasted great. My only complaint is that there is no desk in the rooms you can ask for a table but then it takes up the whole room so not very convenient. Overall I would stay here again. Great property. Great value

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Location is excellent… close but not too close to the craziness. Rooms were great and the lobby will be outstanding once it’s finished in a few weeks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Louise at the front desk, chef M for the Thai cooking lesson, and the manager (can’t remember her name!) who went above and beyond for our, greatly appreciated, late checkout. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of variety and was quite tasty. We especially liked trying the various kinds of juices available. Definitely will revisit the next time we are in the area.

We had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Patong Beach! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Patong and just a few steps from the beach. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool areas are beautiful and perfect for relaxing — we especially loved the swim-up bar! 🍹 The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Even though the hotel is close to all the action, it still feels calm and relaxing once you’re inside. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Phuket! 🌴✨
