Thank you for the great experience! We truly appreciate all the efforts. Great location, very kind and helpful staff, a lot of varieties of buffet breakfast and clean room. ❤️ Kudos to all staff especially to Air (FO) who attended us during check-in. She explained all details that we need to know and make an effort to know our departure so she can arrange something for our convenient. Next RA Budsaba, who really shows outstanding and able to accommodate our request with her talent. Lastly, the F&B Manager (we didn’t manage to get his name) assisted us on our first day of breakfast. He was helpful and even chat with us with his experience and how he prefers working in Phuket than in other countries. Once again, thank you for the great service. We will definitely stay here if we will come back to Phuket.

Here’s the updated review with those additional points included: I was expecting much more from a Hilton hotel, so this stay was quite disappointing Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that our booked pool view room was overlooking the construction area. This was never mentioned during the booking process on Agoda. We requested a room on a quieter side, and while the receptionist accommodated our request, we were told the new room wouldn’t be ready until 6 PM. This was very inconvenient since we had to interrupt our day and transfer rooms in the middle of it, despite having plans The room transfer was also poorly managed. We waited around 20 minutes for someone to assist with our luggage, making the check-in experience unnecessarily frustrating and time consuming The room itself was clean and comfortable, although on the smaller side. However, the air conditioning was another major issue. We tried multiple times to adjust the temperature, but it simply didn’t work properly, making the room uncomfortable. Room service was also very slow, and the staff were not particularly attentive throughout our stay. We even noticed a few insects in the room, which was disappointing Unfortunately, the poor service continued during check-out. We again had to wait around 20 minutes for someone to collect our luggage from the room, adding yet another unnecessary delay. The hotel’s location is definitely its biggest advantage it’s within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below what I expect from a Hilton hotel. The lack of communication about the renovations, slow service, repeated delays, and maintenance issues made this a disappointing stay. I would recommend considering other nearby hotels that offer better service and a smoother guest experience

We absolutely love the DoubleTree by Hilton hotels! We've stayed with this hotel chain several times before, and whenever we travel, we always try to stay at a DoubleTree if there's one in the country we're visiting. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who always make us feel at home. We also love the relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the beds are incredibly cosy, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's this consistency in quality, comfort, and outstanding hospitality that keeps us coming back. Thank you once again to the wonderful team for another enjoyable stay. We look forward to staying with DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Patong again on our future travels!

I have always believed that choosing a well-known hotel brand is the right decision because major brands tend to resolve problems when they arise. I booked this hotel from the first day of my trip. Unfortunately, there were renovation and maintenance works taking place, which caused noticeable noise. When I spoke to the reception team, I was informed that this had already been mentioned in advance. To be fair, I personally did not see or read that notice. What impressed me was what happened next. Without me filing a formal complaint or requesting any escalation, Baifern and Pim (the duty manager) proactively contacted me via WhatsApp to ensure my stay was going well. When I mentioned the noise issue, they immediately offered to move me to a quieter room away from the renovation area. Lissa then handled the room transfer smoothly and with a genuinely positive attitude. This is Hilton, ladies and gentlemen — exactly the level of service I expect from a global brand. Their response was the main reason I decided to extend my stay at the hotel. Overall, I am giving this hotel 5 stars. There are certainly areas for improvement: the hotel entrance is not air-conditioned, and some facilities could be upgraded. However, the location is exceptional — perhaps the quietest location within the busiest and most vibrant part of Patong. Thank you to Baifern, Pim, and Lissa for turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve had in Phuket. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Lisa at the reception for her exceptional hospitality. She welcomed us with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made a huge difference to our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful design, spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff were always attentive and respectful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Thank you to Lisa and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I will definitely come back again!
