We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan Island from 20th to 21st June with our family of 11, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. Although the hotel was busy during check-in, we were warmly welcomed with the signature DoubleTree cookies while we waited. A special thank you to the Guest Relations Executive who assisted us with the check-in process and ensured everything went smoothly. Our stay was made even more memorable as it was the birthday of my two nieces. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a beautiful birthday cake, which was a wonderful surprise and made the celebration extra special for our family. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Front Office Manager, who personally arranged buggy transportation for our family whenever needed. This level of attention and care truly stood out and made our stay much more comfortable. A big thank you as well to the Housekeeping Team, who kept our rooms absolutely spotless and squeaky clean throughout our stay. Their dedication and attention to detail were evident every day. We had opted for the Full Board package, and it was excellent value for money. The food quality was very good, with a wide variety of options available at every meal. There was something for everyone in our family, and the dining experience was enjoyable throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, family-friendly, and offers excellent facilities for both adults and children. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality and willingness of the staff to go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you to the entire team at DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan Island for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning again.

Had a fantastic experience at their hotel. Hnin Hnin was our server and was extremely friendly and helpful during dinner and much service. Assisted us in choosing drinks and securing a table. The food was also fantastic. However it would be nice for a bit more variety between meals as some dishes are repeated, quite reducing customer expectations of the meal. Other than that, the room was amazing and the pool, though crowded, was well maintained. Would recommend avoiding on booking on long weekends as buffet/hotel will be very busy. This is my second time coming this hotel and it’s just as good as the first

Had a great staycation at DoubleTree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm and welcoming (and the signature cookies were a nice touch 😊). The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing break. The hotel is well-maintained and has a calm vibe, making it ideal for a short getaway. What really stood out was the outdoor pool area with multiple pools, and the water park was absolutely fantastic! The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave—it’s definitely a big highlight for families. The breakfast was also good with a decent variety of options. Overall, it was a refreshing and enjoyable staycation. Highly recommended, especially if you’re visiting with kids!

I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my entire visit. A very special thank you to the chef. When he learned that I have a lactose intolerance, he went above and beyond by preparing special desserts for me every day. This thoughtful gesture made me feel truly cared for and made my stay even more enjoyable. I originally booked a 3-day stay, but because of the excellent service and wonderful experience, I decided to extend my stay for an additional 2 days. Thank you to all the team members for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future! ❤️🙏🏻

My stay at the DoubleTree in RAK had some positives, but several issues prevented a higher rating. The hotel is not animal‑friendly, and there are unnecessary restrictions that create avoidable stress for guests. Simple solutions — such as allowing a signed waiver to heat leftover food purchased from room service — would immediately improve the guest experience. A hotel should simplify a stay, not complicate it. The food experience also fell short. The chicken Caesar salad was not on par with the consistent quality offered at DoubleTree Dubai, and the waiting time for food was unacceptably long. These are basic operational areas that should be aligned across all branches. As a single mother of two, I value empathy, attentiveness, and understanding just as much as facilities. The only person who truly embodied these qualities was AlJamal at check‑in. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out. She went above and beyond to support me and set the tone for my stay. Her service was exceptional. With improvements in flexibility, food quality, and service timing, this hotel could deliver a far more seamless and guest‑focused experience.
