The hotel itself is nice and quiet. Unfortunately they don't have the quality of a 5* resort. The rooms are good sized with most of the essential facilities. Fairly clean. Frequent power cuts and A/C not working during the night time was on the downside including absolutely low pressure or no water in the shower. Food good and fresh looking but the dining area is small. Sorrounding area bit depressing with ongoing building jobs from 7am till 10pm - a new hotel next door ... and the beach.... absolutely awful... For that price we have paid we should expect a bit more.. The staff most of them friendly and you can feel welcomed. In general solid 4*

We spent a wonderful 11 days at the hotel without a single complaint. Upon our early arrival, the reception staff were extremely helpful – they arranged for our room to be cleaned first so we could relax right away. Thank you for that. We stayed in room no. 6, Deluxe Ocean. The daily cleaning – both morning and evening – was flawless, as was the restocking of the minibar. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fantastic, and we truly appreciated the approach of the chefs at the live cooking stations and their effort to accommodate every guest. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks were of great quality, and the bartenders prepared them with precision. We also valued the poolside service, where staff regularly checked if we needed anything. Every member of the team genuinely tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I must also praise the spa services, where I tried several treatments – all of them were excellent, and I can highly recommend them. Once again, thank you to the entire Dream of Zanzibar team for a wonderful holiday. We are planning to return soon.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Dream of Zanzibar Resort, the hotel is so beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Rahma, such a lovely lady. The food was delicious too😁 If you are looking for a peaceful break, this is the hotel for you. Rahma was very kind and helping conctact. Beatiful room, very good restaurant, and has top quality food. Staff in resto also very kind. Room is excellent. Service for excursion organisation and in shops are ok.

A beautiful hotel, not one where you're just a number. Lovely, spacious rooms with neat and clean facilities, which are also cleaned thoroughly every day. And of course, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rahma, a very spontaneous and lovely waitress with a constant smile. The chefs prepare delicious meals for the guests every day. And the rest of the staff are always so sweet and friendly!
