This is a great place to go. Wish we had booked a 10 day stay, 7 days isn't enough. Right from the time we arrive from the airport they treat you so special. The place is so clean the employees are constantly cleaning and so accommodating. Everyone on site treats like they have known you for years. Gustavo was the best, he texted every day with special and if there was anything he could do to make my stay better. The ladies by the pool were great coming by with drinks and chat with you. The a variety of the food, drinks and snacks (we are very picky eaters) never a problem finding something. My opinion Sea Side is the BEST the people and food were great , steak every night. Gustavo had special treats sent to our room and at least twice a day he would find us to make sure we were happy. Our room was cleaned and restock every day and the lady came by to make sure everything was good. I've never been so happy and will return again. The grounds are so clean nothing at all out of place. People out cleaning at 6am every morning and throughout the day. Can't say enough about the place was so happy.

The resort was awesome. The entretainment team was super fun with all the shows activities and dancing. My Butler Ada was Great she was always on top of our needs. Samil from the lobby was very charming and attentive with our bags. I highly recommend the seaside grill restaurant. All the staff is super friendly here.
Fardad Soleimanloo
This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in the Dominican Republic. The resort is extremely clean, very well organized, and offers excellent service throughout the restaurants, beach, and all common areas. Our butlers—Carlos on our previous trip and Erick on our most recent visit—went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Even before our arrival, they arranged Bali beds for us. Nelson at the beach also made our experience truly unforgettable with his outstanding service. The entertainment is very good. Each night, different areas of the resort feature various performers, which makes the evenings lively and memorable. Every morning, ice-cold water infused with different fruits is available throughout the resort, which is incredibly refreshing and a very nice touch. The ocean is the second best I’ve seen in the Dominican Republic—always swimmable, crystal clear, and slightly wavy, which actually makes swimming more enjoyable. In future updates, I will add more photos of the resort and the beach. One point of caution: The showers beside the Preferred area have a step that is slightly sloped. I have seen several people slip and fall there, and I personally fell once and injured my elbow. I raised this concern with the resort multiple times, but unfortunately, it does not seem that the issue is being addressed.

It’s my first time visiting DR and wanted to check out some different beaches. Went on a day pass for $85 per person. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The resort is really nice and even on a Saturday during a peak travel week, it didn’t feel crowded. There are tons of lounge chairs at pools and beach with a good mix of sun and shade. The beach is beautiful. The day pass hours were 10-5 and we stayed 1030-430. The drinks were good and never a long wait. The downside was the food - we were not a fan of the buffet. There was a ton of pastries, desserts, fruit but not as much hot food as I expected. I liked the omelet grill for breakfast but surprised there were no pancakes, waffles, french toast, etc. After seeing the lunch buffet, my son wanted to eat somewhere else but I think that was our only option. I was surprised they didn’t have dominican food (mofongo, rice & beans). The coffee shop Coco Cafe was also disappointing. A tiny iced coffee in a paper cup and didn’t like the taste of the frappecino. At an all inclusive - not liking the food and on day 1 is a red flag for me :/

AMAZING beach, great staff. Overall a good resort. Things to do for kids is lacking a bit BUT they always find things to do at these resorts. Food was OK. removed a star as 6 out of 10 of us got super sick. VERY sick. Have been to many resortrs and this one is nice for sure. Not a ton of walking. 24/7 coffee shop is cool. Preferred guests only can use the kids splash pad. Shout out to Natalia, Yafre, Angelica and Jakelin who were so great at the kids club!
