I just returned from an incredible stay, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The customer service was absolutely top-tier! The manager is truly amazing—she made a point to check on me daily to ensure everything was perfect. On top of that, housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping my room spotless and fully stocked, and any time I reached out for assistance, the team responded incredibly quickly. There was a restaurant closed and some minor construction going on during my visit, but honestly, it did not take away from my experience at all. The resort itself is a nice size. I stayed in an oceanfront room which offered breathtaking views, but because of the layout, just be prepared to get your steps in! My only real downside was the sargassum seaweed, meaning I didn't get to fully enjoy the beach. However, that wasn’t the resort's fault at all—it was just due to the season. I am usually someone who prefers to vacation without kids, but I have to admit, the kids' pool area was actually better than the preferred adults-only pool! The adults-only side was very quiet and relaxing, but they had such nice, fun activities over on the family side. Because there are multiple pools on the family side, it is incredibly easy to find a quiet spot to yourself if you still want to get away from the main activities. I highly recommend this resort for its outstanding service and beautiful property. I would absolutely return!

Great place. Staff is amazing, from the time we arrive until we leave they welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The bellhops take care of bags, preferred club makes checking in and out seemless, Carlos makes sure we have what we need and stay aware of activities, Marvin takes care of needs at the pool from cabanas to towrls, Serg at the grill provides great lunches, the bar tenders at the pool are great at providing delious varieties (Javier, Cesear, Alajandra, Itan, Mishael, Leopolo). The cooks (Sergio, Aurelio, Erik, Louis) make sure we have a variety of flavors with entertainment. The servers (Aroldo, Cruz, Antonio, Karen, Jaime, Neftaly, Noel, Martin de la cruz, Jamie) take great care of needs and never let your cup run empty. With Dillon & David running acitivies youll be sure tonfind something youll enjoy. And if you just need a great massage make sure to book with Andreus at the spa.

What a place this is! From the moment we arrived, the service at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa was exceptional. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. I genuinely cannot fault either the hotel or its incredible staff. A special mention must go to Pablo and Calix at the bar. They provided the best service I’ve ever received. Their attention to detail, speedy refills, and warm, genuine smiles made every day special. No one does it quite like they do! An extra shout-out to Pablo – we’re honestly coming back mainly because of you. Thank you for everything; we will miss you so much! Francisco was always there each morning with a cheerful greeting and a friendly smile. My mornings won’t be the same without you – such a genuinely sweet person. Hector at the Bar Grill was fantastic – an amazing man who always made us feel welcome. Neftaly at Spice Restaurant was incredibly attentive and delivered outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Leo, Edwin, and Jesus at Carnival International were an amazing team. Leo, in particular, is second to none. The level of customer service they provide is truly outstanding and made every visit memorable. A huge thank you to Alejandra for her exceptional service and warm welcomes every day. She went above and beyond to make our relaxing days even more enjoyable, and we are so grateful. Eduardo was always ready with a smile, a chat, and great advice on places to visit and things to do. His recommendations were invaluable. Thank you to everyone for making our two-week stay so exceptional. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but Dreams Jade Resort & Spa is something truly special. Every member of staff was wonderful, but those mentioned above will always hold a special place in our hearts. We can’t wait to return!

The resort is well maintained but it's the incredible staff that have made it amazing. They help you start the day with a smile, a joke or something else that makes you feel welcome. Whether it's Edwin's fist bump at the buffet, or Miguel's performance at the Japanese restaurant, or the very helpful bar staff, like Carlos attending to us by the pool. They have a hard job, but they do it well and it's made this a destination we would like to try again!

Our trip was fantastic! The resort and rooms were beautiful, and everything was very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, outgoing, and accommodating, which really made the experience stand out. The restaurants were excellent, with a great variety of options for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the service throughout our stay. We especially loved the heated pool and spent a lot of time there. We also participated in several of the activities, and the animation team was energetic, engaging, and made everything a lot of fun. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely come back!
