The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. However, the dining experience was disappointing. The resort advertises six restaurants and a buffet, but upon arrival, we learned that two restaurants were closed due to low occupancy, the buffet was closed for dinner, and some restaurants were only open a few days a week. Lunch options were also very limited, with mainly the buffet and poolside kiosk available. Restaurant reservations were especially difficult when travelling with three families and children. Poolside service was also inconsistent. We often had to wait for drinks, and on one occasion, our order was forgotten after 30 minutes and, another time, it never arrived. Timo was the exception—he was attentive, friendly, and consistently provided excellent service. Overall, while the rooms and housekeeping were great, the limited dining options and inconsistent service did not meet our expectations.

Family resort. Well maintained with spacious and comfortable rooms; food is great and there is not need to reserve restaurants. People are great. Service is fantastic. Be aware there is not a beach front, is only beach amazing views, so if you want to walk from your chair and put feet in the sea forget about this hotel. For the rest is a great hotel far from noise.

I stayed here as the resort nutritionist March 1 - 8 and brought my mom, and we had a wonderful experience! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and room service always kept the room clean. The entertainment team was fun and brought the energy- shout out to Ricardo, Jacky, & Yosher! Water aerobics, salsa dancing, and the foam party were some highlights. The buffet had plenty of options, and the French restaurant and teppanyaki were especially good (and shout out to Esteban, the teppanyaki chef!) We also did the full moon dinner on the cabana, and even with crazy wind, the fire dancers still gave an impressive performance. All of the staff members we had the pleasure of meeting were incredible kind and helpful. We hope to come back again and bring the rest of our family!

My husband and two kids visited recently right after Easter and I would give this resort a 3/5. Unfortunately both of my children got sick during this trip- most likely caught norovirus so that put a big damper which left us in the room a lot. This can happen anywhere so that aside here are my bullet points: *spa was incredible. It was my favorite part. *go out early to get a seat and catch the sunrise. *coffee shop was nice. *lunch buffet by the pool was okay. Pizza was good but the wait is crazy long and it always seemed to be missing something like plates. *overall food was mediocre at best. I’ve been to a few other all inclusives where I loved the food. This was not great. The hibachi was the best, but spots are very limited to get a table and you have to get up in the middle of the night to book it. *during my kid’s illnesses I needed sheets changed and different towels and the staff took care of this very quickly which we appreciated. Gatorades were crazy expensive. *the escape room was a fun little activity but it is kind of expensive *no beach *water slides were fun *I would have loved a place to get an actual smoothie and not just a sugar bomb. *we felt safe the whole time *activity staff were energetic

We went May of 2026. The beach is COMPLETELY washed away and there is no shore line at all. The water is just rocks and completely inaccessible. We had to leave the resort to access a public beach which was nice in the downtown area. The customer service was terrible. They did not care or help what so ever when we were very upset about not having beach access and had to find one off of the resort on our own. The website and pictures show a beautiful beach that no longer exists. The food was amazing however DO NOT eat the sushi- we were sick for a week. All of the other food was delicious and the wait and drink service was wonderful. The drinks are good too! The pools are nice along with the rooms. Pretty clean resort. This is definitely a family friendly environment and I would not suggest going here for an adult or couple getaway.
