We went May of 2026. The beach is COMPLETELY washed away and there is no shore line at all. The water is just rocks and completely inaccessible. We had to leave the resort to access a public beach which was nice in the downtown area. The customer service was terrible. They did not care or help what so ever when we were very upset about not having beach access and had to find one off of the resort on our own. The website and pictures show a beautiful beach that no longer exists. The food was amazing however DO NOT eat the sushi- we were sick for a week. All of the other food was delicious and the wait and drink service was wonderful. The drinks are good too! The pools are nice along with the rooms. Pretty clean resort. This is definitely a family friendly environment and I would not suggest going here for an adult or couple getaway.

Here’s a polished version you can post publicly: Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with our stay at Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa. My wife and I spent almost $3,500 on this vacation expecting a relaxing and safe experience, but unfortunately it turned into the complete opposite. Housekeeping repeatedly left dirty dishes and food sitting outside our room for 3 days without removing them, which was unacceptable for a resort that claims to be luxury all-inclusive. Even more concerning, housekeeping staff repeatedly attempted to enter our room while we were inside laying in bed, even when the door was locked. On one occasion, a staff member actually made their way into our room unexpectedly, which honestly scared us and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe for the remainder of our stay. The food at the World Café was also very disappointing. Most of the meals were either cold or barely warm, and the quality was nowhere near what we expected from a resort at this price point. The only positive part of this experience was Fendco at the Mexican restaurant. He was professional, attentive, friendly, and truly the best employee we encountered during our stay. He deserves recognition for doing an amazing job. Overall, we are highly dissatisfied with this vacation experience and would absolutely love to receive some form of refund or compensation for the amount of money we spent.

Our experience at Dreams Porto Morelos was simply incredible! The hotel is beautiful, extremely well maintained, and without a doubt deserves its 5-star rating. The rooms are very comfortable, always clean and fresh. The air conditioning works perfectly, the beds are excellent, and the housekeeping team does an impeccable job, cleaning the room daily, changing the towels, and constantly restocking water, soft drinks, and other minibar items. The food was wonderful throughout our stay. We would like to give a very special thank you to Chef Dulce, who prepared delicious meals with great care and quality. Every meal was an amazing experience! We would also like to thank Sauri, from the buffet restaurant, who served us with kindness, attention, and friendliness throughout our stay, always with a smile and ready to help. And a special thank you to Ricardo, from Coco Café, who was extremely attentive and welcoming, making our visits to the café even more enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the quality of the service. The entire staff made us feel truly welcome and cared for throughout our trip. Thank you for providing such a special vacation for our family. We will definitely return and highly recommend Dreams Porto Morelos to all our friends and family! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Family resort. Well maintained with spacious and comfortable rooms; food is great and there is not need to reserve restaurants. People are great. Service is fantastic. Be aware there is not a beach front, is only beach amazing views, so if you want to walk from your chair and put feet in the sea forget about this hotel. For the rest is a great hotel far from noise.

I stayed here as the resort nutritionist March 1 - 8 and brought my mom, and we had a wonderful experience! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and room service always kept the room clean. The entertainment team was fun and brought the energy- shout out to Ricardo, Jacky, & Yosher! Water aerobics, salsa dancing, and the foam party were some highlights. The buffet had plenty of options, and the French restaurant and teppanyaki were especially good (and shout out to Esteban, the teppanyaki chef!) We also did the full moon dinner on the cabana, and even with crazy wind, the fire dancers still gave an impressive performance. All of the staff members we had the pleasure of meeting were incredible kind and helpful. We hope to come back again and bring the rest of our family!
