Wonderful Staycation Experience at DUKES The Palm I had a very good experience during my staycation at DUKES The Palm. The hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing environment, and the food was absolutely tasty. What really made my stay special was the excellent service and the kindness of the staff. Whenever I needed something or had a question, there was always someone friendly and helpful ready to assist. I would especially like to thank Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Aidana for their outstanding service. The restaurant team and everyone working there were very professional, welcoming, friendly, and always ready to serve with a smile. I truly hope the management of DUKES The Palm recognizes their great efforts and considers giving them a bonus or special appreciation, because they genuinely deserve it. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed at Dukes Hotel for a birthday staycation for my boyfriend, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'd also like to give a huge shoutout to Anil, who went above and beyond during dinner. I made a last-minute request for a surprise birthday cake for my boyfriend, and although it seemed almost impossible to arrange on such short notice, Anil made it happen. Thanks to his kindness and effort, I was able to pull off the surprise perfectly. His service was truly outstanding. Overall, we had a very relaxing and memorable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently located. Combined with the great service and reasonable rates, Dukes Hotel offers excellent value for money. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Dukes the palm Dubai Hotel. Overall, everything was very good — the room, cleanliness, facilities, and service all met our expectations perfectly. However, we would especially like to highlight Arian, the young guy responsible for taking care of the rooms.
