My stay at Dusit Thani Dubai was a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers a calm and luxurious atmosphere, and the service throughout the property was excellent. One of the highlights of the hotel is the swimming pool area. It is beautifully maintained, very clean, and provides a relaxing environment with a great city view. The poolside seating and overall ambiance make it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The staff regularly check the area to keep it organized and comfortable for guests. I would also like to specifically appreciate the staff members Ridoy and Atikul. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. They made sure that everything was perfect and were always ready to help whenever needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Dubai and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options. A special thanks to Farhan, who assisted us very well during breakfast. He was friendly, attentive, and always had a warm smile on his face, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The entire breakfast team provided outstanding service and made us feel truly welcome. The gym was also very good clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a great workout. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! 😊

Staff are welcoming and accomodating, thanks to Mr. Ashra from the reception. The restaurant staff also made the entire experience exceptional especially to Mr. Jeron Roche who served our table. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The in-room dining was excellent, and the service was very prompt. Special thanks to Akalanka and Saurav(?) for their outstanding service and kindness. Highly recommended! ​[Added Review] A special thanks to the concierge team and Addy & shanmin at the 1st-floor concierge. Also, thanks to the incredibly kind staff on the PD floor! On the day of our checkout, the staff on the PD floor was so helpful in guiding us on how to use the shower facilities. While we were waiting in the lobby before our flight, Addy even brought drinks for my family. Right up until the moment we left, Shanmin kindly helped us catch a taxi. Their provided truly outstanding and satisfying service that made our last day perfect!

My family and I just got back home after staying here a week and this place was nothing short of excellent! The breakfast was real good, the staff (Pratik maybe?) did fabulous on maintaining the room and even left a special assist for us hanging our bathing suits on a string above the tub. The location was fabulous within walking distance of a lot of attractions and right near the Red Line train too. Highly recommended and when we come back, we'll definitely stay here again!
