We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Hotel. The customer service was excellent — all the staff were very polite, friendly, and especially understanding with children, which made our family feel very comfortable and welcome. The pool service was amazing. A special thank you to Jose from the pool team, who was always attentive to the kids’ safety. He was very friendly, approachable, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We would definitely love to come back! 😊

This hotel will always have a special place in my heart and in my memories. For future guests yes choose this hotel for its spotless rooms, delicious breakfast with plenty of options, and its convenient location. But what truly made me love this place was the people. We happened to stay in Dubai during difficult days, when events unfolding above Dubai created a lot of anxiety and fear. The staff had to deal with our endless questions and our worries about safety, yet they were always patient, kind, and reassuring. Every single day, they made us feel safe and helped us forget, even for a moment, the uncertainty of whether we would be able to return home. Every evening, the managers checked on us to ensure we were comfortable and feeling secure. Their smiles and calm presence made a world of difference. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team — especially the 2 managers. Mr. Ibrahim especially you kept us less worried. We hope to see you again. Thank you for everything. Stay safe.

My stay at Dusit Thani Dubai was a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers a calm and luxurious atmosphere, and the service throughout the property was excellent. One of the highlights of the hotel is the swimming pool area. It is beautifully maintained, very clean, and provides a relaxing environment with a great city view. The poolside seating and overall ambiance make it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The staff regularly check the area to keep it organized and comfortable for guests. I would also like to specifically appreciate the staff members Ridoy and Atikul. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. They made sure that everything was perfect and were always ready to help whenever needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Dubai and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

We’ve had a great experience at the hotel so far. The service has been incredible and very prompt. Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind, especially Babu, who came to our room to fix an issue with the shower. He arrived quickly and resolved the problem right away. The hotel is also perfectly located, making it easy to get to any part of the city. I would highly recommend it.

Highly recommended! ​[Added Review] A special thanks to the concierge team and Addy & shanmin at the 1st-floor concierge. Also, thanks to the incredibly kind staff on the PD floor! On the day of our checkout, the staff on the PD floor was so helpful in guiding us on how to use the shower facilities. While we were waiting in the lobby before our flight, Addy even brought drinks for my family. Right up until the moment we left, Shanmin kindly helped us catch a taxi. Their provided truly outstanding and satisfying service that made our last day perfect!
