Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, the services were excellent, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. I only faced a small issue that I couldn’t reduce the ac temperature less than 21 c and when I called the hotel manager she confirmed me that this is the standard temperature in this hotel, so if you sleep in cold temperatures like me this hotel not for you. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Mohammed, the Egyptian gentleman at the reception. He was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. He assigned me a very nice room and made the check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. His excellent customer service is truly appreciated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful two-night stay at Dusit Thani Dubai with my friends. Everything was excellent, and all the staff were very approachable, friendly, and welcoming. They truly made our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Shahad and Atikul at the pool area for their warm and attentive service, Samar Kidash from Housekeeping for responding to our requests so quickly and efficiently, and Shakawat the Bellman for the warm welcome and helpful assistance. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

Feeling welcomed, understood and well-cared for is what sets apart a good hotel from a great hotel and the members of staff here were excellent. Shout out to Mohamed from Egypt for proactively resolving an issue in my booking from Agoda (wrong room type forwarded by Agoda to the Hotel). Great view of Burj Khalifa, breakfast and pool / gym facilities.

Abdullah truly makes the experience exceptional. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. The service was prompt, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Abdullah is a great asset to the restaurant, and we will definitely be coming back because of the outstanding service he provided.

I had an excellent stay at Dusit Thani Hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with every aspect of my experience. The front desk service was outstanding—smooth, professional, and very welcoming. A special mention goes to Ibrahim, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond to assist me with my booking. His kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail truly made a difference in my stay. The location is perfect—convenient and easily accessible, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. Every meal I had was enjoyable and well-prepared. The room was equally impressive—clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I also really appreciated the service at the pool and gym. Saad and Ridoy were both very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, everything—from the service to the facilities—was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
