The front desk Ahmed and Belle at arrivals was excellent. Helpful and polite. With bed room allocation we were very happy and comfortable. The 2 Gentleman Mr Sohail and Mr Majid at concierge were helpful, polite and energetic. The Conference Facilities we used as Moore Global from 24 Nov to 27 Nov was at a very high level of quality and the conferencing staff were exceptional. The location to main areas at Dubai Mall and the airport etc was very useful. The breakfast and lunch time service at the conference demonstrated a high level of food quality and the service was excellent by all staff. Excellent all around and thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at the pool deck. The area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful day by the water. A special mention to Atikul and Ridoy, who were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout my visit. Their service made the experience even better, always checking in, making sure we were comfortable, and assisting with anything we needed. Excellent team and excellent atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place was amazing. I had a great time and I love the experience. Room, AC and amenities all above expectations. I love the lobby area feels like home rather than Hotel. Also I would like to thank the receptionist for facilitate my check in experience even-though my room was not ready at that moment. Professional and fast action to secure a room for me rather than waiting 2 hours. I like the vibes of restaurant at floor 24. Food was great. Had dinner as well as breakfast, all great.

My stay had been wonderful. Everything was great from the rooms to the atmosphere, even the location! On top of that, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are also quite nice, like the playground, the pool and gym. Special thanks to Devpal (@24th St restaurant) who went out of his way to welcome us. The views from the rooms are also amazing. Will definitely come again.
