We had an outstanding family stay with our infant in a Junior Pool Villa on the All-Inclusive package. The property is gorgeous, the staff genuinely strive to provide an exceptional experience, and the villa itself was spotless, with a fantastic pool and view. Getting to the restaurants on foot can be a bit of a trek, but the reliable buggy service made moving around effortless. The dining was excellent across the board, with the à la carte venues being our clear favorites. A few constructive points that could make the experience even better: - Package clarity at check-in: We were initially told room service was covered under the all-inclusive plan, which turned out not to be the case. The team handled it graciously by waiving the charge, but clearer initial communication on package inclusions would prevent confusion. - Proactive minibar refills: The minibar was restocked only upon request. A standard daily check and restock would feel much more seamless for an all-inclusive stay. - Infant-friendly food options: While there is a dedicated kids' menu, options for infants starting solids (plain, unseasoned, mashed or puréed foods) were limited to just one dish. Adding a few simple, baby-safe staples would be a huge plus for families traveling with little ones. Overall, a wonderful resort with top-tier hospitality—we would gladly return!

Overall rating: 6/10 Pros: - Stunning views - Decent mix of facilities - Lovely beach - Many bars - Transfer was included Cons: - Mediocre or even poor food - Value for money questionable - Villa cleanliness - Very long transfer must be considered - Not the most accessible location, many steps down to the beach for example - Inconsistent service - Nearby road was loud and busy - Restaurant availability The drive from the airport took around 2 hours and this leg of the journey felt quite long. Something to consider when booking this resort. Arriving at the resort, you're brought to the Eagles Palace. The building itself looks fine and entrance area is tidy and smart. After getting out of the minibus and walking towards the entrance, we were quickly greeted by a member of staff who told us that he will escort us to Eagles Villas separate reception area. The resort use golf caddies to ferry guests of the villas around as they sit on a hill with a fairly steep terrain. The building that reception sits in as at the top of the resort and offers great views over the villas, Aegan sea and surrounding areas. You can also see mount Athos in the background. We were then taken to our villa, number 521, and first impressions were very good. The villa feels huge and spacious, with a very good view and it felt very private. Looks like there are a few villas that would not feel very private as their pool and sun lounge areas are very visible from the main path. It would have been very disappointing to be in one of these. After closer inspection, the villa wasn't as clean as what you'd expect at a 5-star hotel. There were hairs dotted around the villa and my white socks were almost black from just walking around the villa. I asked if it would be possible to have the room vacuumed but we had to wait until the usual housekeeping call the next day. And I still don't think it was vacuumed as some of the stray hairs were still about. The beach was very nice and the sea was even better. Crystal clear and warm. Would be a nice touch to have some cabana beds. The food was a bit hit and miss. We had our best dinner experience at Vinum, which was genuinely good, and our worst experience was the buffet. We tried the buffet on three separate occasions, once was the first night and the other nights due to no availability at any of the other restaurants. The buffet was not great. Lots of lukewarm and bland tasting food. Breakfast at Lofos was good and the staff there were amazing. There seems to be a lack in consistency with the food. We had Fettuccini Alfredo for lunch at the patio bistro which was really tasty. Ordered the same thing a few days later and it was incredibly bland. Really really do not recommend going to the Greek Taverna in Ouranopolis, where all inclusive guests get an included meal at. The menu is enormous and the food was incredibly average. Perhaps we ordered the wrong things from the giant menu. The setting is not nice and felt very uncomfortable for the whole time. Couldn't wait to get back to the resort. For our last night we went to Kamares which is described as their fine dining restaurant. This restaurant really encapsulated our whole experience at the resort. A very nice setting on a balcony above the beach, looking over the sea and with a nice sunset. We were completely surrounded by ants all over the floor and making their way on to the table and sometimes on to us. The food was pretty poor. There was a lot of ponciness, as you might expect at a "fine dining" restaurant but with nothing to back this up. I don't mind if the food is actually good. Every dish lacked flavour, texture, temperature and balance. There were often a few funky smells around the resort, particularly behind Eagles Palace when walking back to our villa. Quite unpleasant. Special shout-out to Georgia and Maria on the reception desk. Georgia and Maria were lovely and probably have to deal with way too much crap from disgruntled and sometimes just nasty guests. The team at Lofos were also great.

We just returned from Eagles Villas and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. First of all, the service here is unbelievable. Starting from Vasillis, the General Manager who took such good care of us, the reception desk (special thanks to Ioanna and Elisabeth for your kind attention), all the way down to the friendly buggy drivers (Dimos!) and porter (Theodoris!). This is our second time there (we were there in May 2025) and most of the staff is still there, so it was fun seeing friendly faces. For me, it is always a good sign that the staff is happy working there, which really reflects on the service the customers get. Honestly, this is the highest level of service I have faced, even when comparing it to other high-end resorts we visited before. The restaurants are all top range. We ate breakfast at Lofos which was great, with a large buffet and special dishes you can order from the staff (shout out to Sotiris, Anastasia, and Elisabeth for the great attentive service). Our favorite spot for lunch was at Armyra, I liked the Summer Salad and the Seabream dishes the most. There are a lot of options to dine in the evening, from a self-service buffet to a high-end Michelin chef restaurant, and all had great food and excellent service. The villas are beautiful, very spacious, and well maintained. The deck, the pool, and the outdoor shower are real fun. The gym is a bit small, but it is well equipped. The beach is just AMAZING! It has three different sections: one special area for Villas guests, the main beach, and a quiet zone (our favorite!) if you want to relax. The sea water was amazing, the water was warmer than our previous visit, and the weather was perfect. Also, even though it was the busiest season, there are always free sunbeds and fresh towels available for everyone. We had a really great time there, for the second time, and for sure not the last!

The villas are new. The entire hotel, from the villas, is new, 2 years old. Personally, we like it very much, and since it opened, we have been coming for the second year in a row. We have some small remarks which I describe below, but it is still our favorite place. Since opening until now, there has been a problem with ants on the terraces and in places in the rooms. You have to ask them to spray, because the area is like that. There is a service on the beach. You have to get the towels yourself from the point for them. The cleaning of the rooms and the service from housekeeping is very slow and indefinite. Otherwise, when they come, they work quickly and qualitatively, but the problem is getting to the room. The staff is very polite and friendly. We remember most of them from last year, and they have always been very responsive. Elizabeth is a guest relations person who has also taken care of us last year and this year. She is always everywhere and at any time. Thank you for the warm welcome and for being involved in all our problems, which she solved as much as she could. PS: After our vacation is over, I will upgrade my review! After the intervention by the housekeeping manager Marоuda on the second day, everything changed instantly and perfectly! We also thank her for her assistance. As I promised earlier, I will finish the review after the end of our vacation at Eagles Villas. And so, today, 27.06.2026, our vacation ended. A few small additions after the wonderful time spent at the resort: - The drinks in their club bar are limited in supply, and the cocktails we ordered were amateurish. I don't think the bartender knows what he is doing. - The service on the beach this year was more than perfect and timely, but unfortunately, the Greeks at the beach bar, famous for their frappe, exposed themselves a lot - it does not come close to the quality and the drink that it should be. - Note when leaving the hotel. When checking into the hotel, I provided a bank card to guarantee future claims, and so that I would not carry money with me on beaches, etc., with the explicit agreement that I was providing it only as a guarantee, and upon departure, I would pay everything due with another card. I was surprised when, upon check-out, it turned out that their POS terminal could not actually cancel the pre-authorization of this card. I have to wait for the deadline to expire and for the amount to be released. I am writing this so that visitors know that in a similar situation, you may have to wait a long time / according to my bank, nearly 14 days / to release the amount. Overall we had a great time as always!

Absolutely loved this place. I usually don’t write too many reviews, but this place exceeded all our expectations. They were so kind and upgraded us to our own villa. It seemed that all the villas have unbelievable views. We could not get enough of it. And we were so happy to experience how private they actually were. The personel is on another level. They were very professional and friendly and sincere. And the area of the resort and the plants and bushes were so much our style and beautiful. I definitely have to point out the breakfast buffee also, because it was one of the best we have ever experienced. And so was of course the dinner. We loved loved loved our relaxing stay at the Eagles Villas Resort. ❤️❤️ Best wishes from Laura and Bess.
