I know you can't please everyone, but for our family this hotel was fantastic. We travelled as a group of 8 and had both a swim-up room and a standard room. Both were spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone. Breakfast didn't have the biggest selection, but there was still enough to choose from. Lunch and dinner were excellent, with a huge variety of food every day. If you fancied a change, Eftalia Island also offered plenty of additional dining options. We already knew what alcoholic drinks were included before we arrived, so it wasn't an issue for us. Some people expect premium branded drinks, but this is a great-value hotel, not a luxury-priced resort. Like many hotels in this price range, premium drinks and cocktails are available if you want them, but the standard all-inclusive drinks were perfectly fine. The entertainment was brilliant for both children and adults, and the staff really deserve a mention. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and always smiling, even when dealing with some very rude guests. Yes, there are some optional extras on Eftalia Island that you can pay for, but nobody forces you to buy anything. There are also people offering services around the pool, but a polite "no thanks" is all it takes, and they leave you alone. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and couldn't fault the value for money. We'd happily return to Eftalia Ocean in the future, and it's a hotel we'd definitely recommend to families looking for a fun, affordable all-inclusive holiday.

This was our 6th time staying here and we absolutely love it! ❤️ The rooms were cleaned every day and always kept to a great standard. All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating — nothing is ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team — Koko, Star, Firildak & Luna — they are absolutely incredible! They were amazing with our children, always so happy, kind and full of energy. They really made our holiday extra special and were such lovely people to be around. One of the things we love most is that every time we return, the staff remember us and are genuinely excited to see us again. It makes us feel so welcome and shows how much they care about their guests — it really feels like coming back to see friends. There are so many different food options available, with something for everyone. The island is also fantastic, there is so much to see and do and it’s perfect for children of all ages. We’ve made so many amazing memories here and it’s exactly why we keep coming back. We can’t wait for our next visit! ☀️🌴

THIS IS A HONEST REVIEW ON EVERYTHING PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT ONES LIKE THIS .. First of all BE AWARE OF THE FLOORS IN THE LOBBY , STAIRS AND AROUND POOLS THEY ARE VERY SLIPPERY!!! AND I MEAN IT THEY ARE BE CAREFUL !!! BUTTTTT .. everything is just great ! Your beds get made every day around lunch / afternoon and your floors get cleaned also . In the fridge you have free coke bottles fanta bottles and water bottles ALL FREE ! There is air conditioning everywhere / in main places , lobby and ur hotel rooms ( obviously ) there is a massive pool and a water park also with a lot of slides. both have lots of sun beds around them . There is bars , you dont have to pay for drinks and all that BUT in some places of the bars you have to pay for certain cocktails that are with lots of goods in it but for normal drinks aka : pineapple , apple , cherry , orange juices and beers u dont have to pay for . Remember it is ALL INCLUSIVE ! There is also a kids mini disco if u want to go with ur kids and sit to watch them dance . Also if you arrive late at night and u are hungry there is a food place in the hotel that never closes its called Burgerland everything is obviously free there , you can go there and sit and eat and drink anytime !! There is burgers fries salads ketchup juices etc... ADVICE : to make it easier u could first go to your room and leave your stuff there and THEN go ask where burgerland is ( its part of the hotel ) . On the first and second day you can go to a free i think 50 min spa massage . Soo the only 2 bad things are that you MIGHT get placed in a room where it is loud or people in rooms next to yours are very loud and that the floors in the lobby and restaurant are very slippery ! But everything else is fantastic ! I would 100% recommend trust 🤞🏼 just be careful from the slippery floors i saw so many people slip and fall . There is tv also i recoment you bring your own hair blow drier because there is none there . In the lobby there is a supermarket with snacks and all that but i recomend going to burgerland as it is free and next to it and there is also there is desserts cakes and better foods which are also free . I reccomended that so that you dont waste much money . there is also other shops in the lobby with shoes , slippers , clothes , bracelets , beach bags and lots of other goods

Honestly after reading the reviews on the hotel I was a little worried coming to the hotel. Me and my partner have come here for a week holiday and we can not doubt it one tiny bit! We love it here, we are all inclusive and there is so much many options available with food, drink and activities. The cocktails you do have to pay for and you definitely get more than what you pay for. Obviously people who have stayed here will have different opinions and experiences at this hotel but for us it was amazing! I will say, for people who want to explore the country and go on days out I would recommend staying in the likes of side, marmaris, Antalya, we have been on a boat trip during our stay and we booked through the get my guide app/website and that day out was beautiful, very good tour guide who spoke good English and had transport included to and from the hotel. 5 star from us!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We are coming back next year! V big hotel! Staff are all lovely, food is good! Massage recomend it’s unbelievable! Food court is the best! Please put swim shoes on children at all times though floors are lethal! Thank you eftalia
