Amazing resort, me and my husband had a wonderful time on our honeymoon. The entertainment workers were amazing and made us feel so welcomed and loved! They really made us enjoy our time and everyday at the pool. WE LOVED Luana, Andres, and Benjamin so much! Food was very yummy, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would 100% recommend and will come back again in the future.

We just got back after spending 7 days in HEAVEN. I felt like royalty there and didnt go without. The food was 10/10, the room service was even great! The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling that was included in our stay was life changing. This was my first time to mexico and I feel like we hit the jack pot staying here. The entertainment in the pool bar in the seaside suites was amazing. BEN AND LUANA 👏 ABSOLUTELY A BLAST. Julio and the other bartender Sergio, I think? 😅 they took care of us so well and always were having a great time. I already want to go back. The turn down room service daily too was a freaking bonus, not to mention the pools are SALT water! The shuttle rides too were perfect for tired feet! I could rave all day. If youre wondering, dont, book the vacation.

It was an absolutely amazing time at El Dorado Seaside Suites! Luana, Benjamin & Andres provided nonstop activities and entertainment while always bringing top level energy to represent the entertainment/fitness team! From volleyball and aerobics to crafts and bingo, they went above and beyond! Carlos from the beverage department led a class/activity teaching us how to make a few signature drinks that were delicious. Along with Crisantos, Tiburico and the other bartenders; they insured our days were filled with beautiful and yummy cocktails! Francisco, Jesus, Victor, and everyone else from “transportation” ensured that we got where we needed to go efficiently, with care & of course some entertainment. The cleanliness of the entire resort was outstanding and I have not experienced customer service at this level before. Every employee is kind and goes out of their way to ensure you are taken care of and treated with kindness at all times! We went on two excursions; to the rescue with the cenote and the catamaran with snorkeling. There are not enough words to say good things about both as we all had a blast each day!

Service: The hospitality across the entire resort was consistently professional and attentive. We are leaving with wonderful memories and will certainly be recommending this resort to others. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special! One of our highlights was bead crafting with Benjamin, Luana, Fernanda on the beach!! Amazing!!

Had a fun stay! Our rooms were directly in front of the swim up pool bar! They had daily activities! Luana kept everyone engaged in exercise, dancing,singing,bingo,trivia and drinking!!!! She was the BEST !!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the golf cart drivers were so fun!!! Our guys caught Mahi on a fishing charter and the Chef at Mia Casa Italian cooked it up for us and it was Amazing! And so were their pasta meals, the shrimp were always fresh and delicious! The buffet At breakfast had so many delicious choices,my favorite was the French toast and fresh eggs made to order! Our last night they did Mexican Fiesta with so much food and drinks and entertainment by a Mariachi band and dancers!! This experience Totally met and exceed our expectations! Mr. & Mrs. M Venezia
