Every recommendation from the staff felt sincere and tailored, making the experience even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the atmosphere. It's equally perfect for a quiet solo break, meaningful conversations with friends, or quality time with family. The lounge is elegant yet comfortable, encouraging you to stay a little longer. Even the spotless, beautifully maintained restrooms reflect the exceptional attention to detail. Episodes is just one of the many wonderful dining experiences at the property, and it's an excellent place to begin your visit before exploring the others, each with its own unique charm. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this coffee shop. The coffee was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax. What truly made my visit exceptional was the staff. Hipolito, Roz, & Mega. They were incredibly friendly, polite, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service. They greeted every customer with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, in the palace suites and what truly made our experience special was the people. A very special thank you to Ciara, the Front Office Manager. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most professional people we have met in hospitality. When there was an issue with the room we initially received, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. What impressed me even more was that she continued checking on us throughout our stay, always asking if we needed anything and making sure everything was going well. You can always tell the difference between someone who is simply doing their job and someone who genuinely cares about people — Ciara truly works from the heart. I would personally like to ask the hotel management to recognize her for the exceptional way she treated us. She is a big reason why we will definitely return and why we now consider this hotel one of our favorite summer staycations in Abu Dhabi. A special thank you as well to Thisara by the pool, who was incredibly polite, respectful, attentive and helpful with our food and hospitality requests. His service was excellent. Beautiful hotel, wonderful facilities, and most importantly, people who make you want to come back. We will definitely be returning. 🤍

During our stay the situation in the region suddenly became very uncertain, and what this hotel and its team did for their guests during that time was simply extraordinary. From the very first moment the staff showed an incredible level of kindness, professionalism and calm. No matter how stressful things must have been behind the scenes, every single person we encountered kept smiling and made sure the guests felt safe and cared for. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels around the world, but we have honestly never experienced service like this before. Every question was answered patiently, every concern was taken seriously and the team went out of their way to help wherever they could. You could truly feel that they cared. The hotel itself feels like a magical place. Beautiful, peaceful and incredibly welcoming. During a very tense time it felt like a safe haven for everyone staying there. What makes this place truly exceptional, however, are the people who work there. Their warmth, dedication and positive attitude made an unforgettable impression on us. Thank you for taking such incredible care of us during a difficult moment. We will never forget the kindness we experienced here. This hotel is not just luxurious, it has heart. We had a fantastic stay at emirates palace! The room was beautiful, we loved the bathroom & views of the pool & garden from the terrace. All the staff were incredibly friendly & hospitable. Thiasara provided great service by the pool, thank for the fantastic cocktails! We were really impressed by the service staff at breakfast who were incredibly attentive & I was blown away by the gluten free selection! The lazy river is a real highlight.
