⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this coffee shop. The coffee was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax. What truly made my visit exceptional was the staff. Hipolito, Roz, & Mega. They were incredibly friendly, polite, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service. They greeted every customer with a smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, in the palace suites and what truly made our experience special was the people. A very special thank you to Ciara, the Front Office Manager. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most professional people we have met in hospitality. When there was an issue with the room we initially received, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. What impressed me even more was that she continued checking on us throughout our stay, always asking if we needed anything and making sure everything was going well. You can always tell the difference between someone who is simply doing their job and someone who genuinely cares about people — Ciara truly works from the heart. I would personally like to ask the hotel management to recognize her for the exceptional way she treated us. She is a big reason why we will definitely return and why we now consider this hotel one of our favorite summer staycations in Abu Dhabi. A special thank you as well to Thisara by the pool, who was incredibly polite, respectful, attentive and helpful with our food and hospitality requests. His service was excellent. Beautiful hotel, wonderful facilities, and most importantly, people who make you want to come back. We will definitely be returning. 🤍

We had a fantastic stay at emirates palace! The room was beautiful, we loved the bathroom & views of the pool & garden from the terrace. All the staff were incredibly friendly & hospitable. Thiasara provided great service by the pool, thank for the fantastic cocktails! We were really impressed by the service staff at breakfast who were incredibly attentive & I was blown away by the gluten free selection! The lazy river is a real highlight. I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment at the resort. From the moment we arrived, check-in was smooth and efficient. I'd especially like to thank EI and her colleague (I'm sorry I forgot his name), as well as the rest of the team across the resort. Everyone provided exceptional and genuinely warm service. EI personally escorted us to our room and shared helpful tips along the way to make sure we had the best possible stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The team also surprised us with beautiful decorations and a cake for my mother's birthday, which was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. The resort facilities were truly outstanding. The property is huge and has everything you could need. There are several swimming pools and the largest private beach I've visited at a resort in the UAE. The beach and pools never felt crowded, making it the perfect place to relax. The gym is also spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a great workout. There are plenty of dining options, offering something for every taste. There were a few areas that could be improved. At other Mandarin Oriental hotels I've stayed at, guests are usually welcomed with a complimentary drink, so I hope this can be introduced here as well. Some services were slower than expected. We waited around 30 minutes for the bell team, and whenever we needed a golf cart, the wait was usually 10–15 minutes. On our first day at the adults-only pool, no staff members were available, and I waited about 15 minutes before someone arrived with towels. I also had to ask for water. In contrast, the service at the family pool was much quicker and more attentive. Another small point is that many Mandarin Oriental hotels are quite flexible with late check-out, sometimes until 4:00 PM. Here, I wasn't able to extend my check-out beyond 3:00 PM. However, I really appreciated that we were still allowed to enjoy all the resort facilities after check-out, which was a great benefit. Lastly, the mattress was a bit firmer than my personal preference. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would happily return. I think this is the perfect resort for anyone looking for a destination where you have everything you need without leaving the property. With a few small improvements, the experience would be even better. I look forward to staying here again soon.
