Had a lovely stay at this hotel, good overall service, good location and decent facilities. Breakfast was tasty with good variety. Was let down the high prices to use anything in the hotel. The Spa area could use some updating and better pricing and the drinks were quite expensive too especially for this area, €5 for a bottle of beer, other places you can get a pint for €3. Also the beach club is separate from the hotel and you need to pay €15 for a bed there

Great Hotel in what I can only describe as a colonial Mexican style. Huge room, excellent buffet style breakfast, fantastic pool, attentive staff. Stayed 5 years ago and went back because it was and is so good. Loads of sunbeds, loads of towels. Situated bang in the middle of Las Américas. 100%! I'd move there if not for other responsibilities.

Marvelous hotel right on the sea in Playa de Americas. The hotel has a very calm ambience and is peppered with art, both original and reproduction. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced and the overall service from the staff is top notch. The walkway through to the promenade is useful and the sea pool allows for very safe saltwater swimming. All good 👍

I had a wonderful experience staying at this European hotel. The combination of historic charm and modern comfort made it unique. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and stylish, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Stayed for a week and enjoyed it thoroughly. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was top quality. Rooms are spacious and cozy feel to them.
