This is hands down one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've ever stayed at. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout, and the atmosphere and layout are absolutely 10/10. What sets this resort apart is the exceptional staff - they elevated every aspect of our stay. A special shout-out to Basilio, one of the hardest working and kindest people we've met. Whether he was crafting perfect cocktails at the sports bar in the evening or taking care of us at the beach and pool the next morning, his dedication and warmth were incredible. Moises and Kendry at the sol bar every morning were equally wonderful. Than you to Kelvin as well! Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well cared for. (I’m forgetting names but would love to include the team at lobster house in the morning for breakfast and making a birthday dinner special in the evening, Bladamir at Oregano for lunch and the grill for dinner, Francile at Agave, Wander at prelude - honestly everyone and I wish I could include them all!). We also commented every morning on the gentleman who was in the pool - before the sun was even really out. I've stayed at a lot of resorts, and this one stands out for so many reasons. The team's professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our trip even better. I usually like to try new places, but I'd come back here without question. Highly recommend!

This all-inclusive resort was an absolute BLAST! From day drinks to night vibes, it delivered nonstop fun, flawless service, and zero complaints. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Major shoutout to Erika and Kendry at the Sol Bar 🍹 these two kept the drinks flowing, the laughs coming, and the energy high. Love how they remembered exactly what our group wanted to drink! Hands down some of the best bartenders we’ve ever had on vacation! Yinauary at the Prelude Bar was just as amazing—so friendly, fun, and took great care of us. Martinis were nightly must for our group and Ramon knows how to make em! And let’s talk entertainment… Joyboy and Miguel understood the assignment 👏 Their energy was contagious, the games were hilarious (big fans of the bingo and diving for dominoes) and they made every event something to look forward to. Whether you wanted to join in or just enjoy the show, they made it FUN. They turned random moments into core vacation memories and had everyone laughing, dancing, and fully committed. It was Pandas first few shifts but we can tell he’s going to be a good time too! Perfect mix of relaxation, party, and top-tier service. If you’re thinking about booking—DO IT. We’re already planning our next trip back!

We just returned from the most amazing stay at Excellence Punta Cana. I felt compelled to leave a review because the service was out of this world. Erika and Kendry from the Sol Bar made sure our group had the most amazing time and took such great care of us all week, we had a blast with them and are so grateful. Yinauary from the prelude was so fantastic and sweet. At night, Ramon from the martini bar was wonderful as well. And lastly, we were so grateful to Joyboy and Miguel for all of their energy and the fun they brought to all of the events everyday. Our stay at Excellence Punta Cana was truly the trip of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, the service from every employee was exceptional - attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Erika and Kendry at the Sol Bar, who were absolutely wonderful. They made sure we were always taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure we were having an amazing time. Yinauary at The Prelude was incredibly sweet and made every interaction a pleasure. We also have to mention Ramon at the Martini Bar, who was not only pleasant and professional but also makes an incredible espresso martini. And lastly, Joyboy and Miguel brought nonstop energy to the pool area. Their enthusiasm made us look forward to the daily 3:00 PM bingo games and added so much fun and excitement to our days. The combination of outstanding service, warm hospitality, and unforgettable experiences made this vacation truly special. We cannot recommend Excellence Punta Cana enough and cannot wait to return!

My friend and I stayed at the Excellence Punta Cana over MLK weekend and it was a wonderful experience! Started by getting shuttled in our own SUV from the airport to the resort. Check in was very easy and quick. We went to Agave, The Kitchen Table for breakfast and lunch buffet, The Grille, the coffee shop, the sports bar, Martini Bar, Sol Bar, and ordered room service. The best restaurant was the French restaurant by far. Erika (server), Kendry (bartender), Yanuary (Vanuary?? server), Kelvin (server), Miguel (greeter), Misael (entertainer), DJ Coca Cola (entertainer), Fray (server), Ramon (bartender), Denby (server at the French restaurant) went over and beyond to make us have the best experience! Resort, pool and beach are all clean!
