Unlimited dining and premium beverage service at Restaurants and Bars: *Gaia, *Tauro, *Ki Beach Bar, La Laguna, HIX Bar and Lounge, Las Olas Bar, Aqua Bar, and La Laguna pools, Beach service during operating hours. Mini Bar with soft drinks, local and imported beer, water, light snacks, and sweets are available for your enjoyment in the comfort of your room. A few specialty menu items (shown with * in the menus). Service is by the glass (bottles are not included). Includes in-room dining from 7 am to 10 pm subject to a $5 USD delivery and 15% service charge. Some outlets are subject to controlled capacity and permitted occupancy.

We recently held our Annual Meeting at Fairmont Mayakoba, and it was an outstanding experience. Ana Garcia, Director of Events, was incredible to work with, she was organized, communicative, and truly attentive to every detail. She and her team took great care of us and made the entire planning process seamless. The property is beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are spacious and lovely, and all of our meals were excellent, not a single complaint. Our guests had a fantastic time and shared nothing but positive feedback. The only “grumble” was the 60-degree weather during a cold front, definitely not the hotel’s fault, and they did their best to keep our meeting space warm and comfortable. Highly recommend for corporate meetings and events!

We enjoyed every minute at Fairmont. The entire team was dedicated to making our stay easy, fun, and relaxing. Our butlers, Ali and Edgar, went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. They stocked our room with plenty of bottled water for ourselves and our son's formula, and included a sturdy crib, a diaper genie, bottle sanitizer, bottle warmer, and an infant bath tub. Each and every staff member that we dealt with was professional, polite, and eager to help in any way they could. We truly could not have dreamed of a better first trip with our new son, and are forever grateful to the Fairmont team for their role in such a special memory.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Mayakoba and had mixed feelings about the experience. First, the setting is absolutely beautiful. The entire Mayakoba complex — shared with several luxury resorts — is stunning. The mangroves, lagoons, wildlife, and pathways make the property feel very special and well designed. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were a major disappointment, especially given the price point. The food across most restaurants was very mediocre. In many cases the prices were higher than restaurants in Vancouver, yet the quality didn’t come close to matching the cost. We expected great Mexican cuisine but surprisingly couldn’t find truly good tacos or memorable Mexican food during the entire stay. The cocktails were another letdown. Margaritas and other drinks often tasted more like juice than proper cocktails. When we asked to add an extra shot to balance the drink, we were surprised to learn the additional shot was $18 USD each, which felt excessive. We aren’t sure if we want to come back.

This was one of the best trips my family and I did. The overall experience was amazing, and all is thought to make you feel well and live the experience of being in an all-stars resort. You don't even realize you're in a hotel as you're all time surrounded by trees and nature. Staff is lovely, gentle and helpful all the time. Pools are warm and the beach is astonishing. I more than recommend and will be back several other times for sure.
