We stayed at the Fairmont the Palm. The hotel lived up to its reputation with courteous and friendly staff. The food quality was also excellent, and the staff care about the products they are serving, ensuring presentation was maintained and the room was of good quality the view from balcony its wondrous and I am grateful for your kindness and we were very glad of assistance . I am really appreciative to Ajayraj supervisor from housekeeping and shristi . Overall extremely happy with our stay.

I appreciate the complimentary upgrade for one of our rooms, and I’m thankful for that. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my request to change one room to a Twin Room. The staff informed me that no Twin Rooms were available because the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked Agoda at the same time, Twin Rooms were still available for booking. I hope the hotel can be more transparent and accommodating with guests’ requests in the future. Better communication would have made the experience much better.

It’s been such a nice and relaxing trip! Great pools! Nice views. We have had excellent service and enjoyed the lounge access, with a really fantastic breakfast!! The room is very spacious and comfortable with space to sit, sleep and work. We have enjoyed the team who’s been taking care of us over our stay. I am happy to recommend the Fairmont on the Palm to anyone travelling to Dubai. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and well appointed. The resort amenities are fantastic with great restaurants. Loved the 30 meter pool!

Decent one, I can say. Generally, their care for the guests is good, but some employees are not up to standard. Despite staying at the hotel, we were asked to pay to access part of the beach. We informed them that we were staying at the hotel, and one of them said that to sit closer to the beach we needed to pay dh300! Breakfast is repetitive but a decent one. And the concierge services are a bit scratchy. The hotel is in the Jumeirah area, and we need to travel to the other end of Dubai for most of the hot spots, but some of the employees just look away when you ask them for help or information. Room service was fine, but towards the end of the stay we requested that they refill the shower gel, as it had run out. But it wasn't done for about 24 hours, and I had to call reception while I was literally in the shower. My ten-year-old wanted play the piano which was in the lobby. One of the employees came running to tell us it was not allowed and that only those with a licence could play it! Would I be back? I doubt that.
