We stayed at the Fairmont the Palm. The hotel lived up to its reputation with courteous and friendly staff. The food quality was also excellent, and the staff care about the products they are serving, ensuring presentation was maintained and the room was of good quality the view from balcony its wondrous and I am grateful for your kindness and we were very glad of assistance . I am really appreciative to Ajayraj supervisor from housekeeping and shristi . Overall extremely happy with our stay.

It’s been such a nice and relaxing trip! Great pools! Nice views. We have had excellent service and enjoyed the lounge access, with a really fantastic breakfast!! The room is very spacious and comfortable with space to sit, sleep and work. We have enjoyed the team who’s been taking care of us over our stay. Decent one, I can say. Generally, their care for the guests is good, but some employees are not up to standard. Despite staying at the hotel, we were asked to pay to access part of the beach. We informed them that we were staying at the hotel, and one of them said that to sit closer to the beach we needed to pay dh300! Breakfast is repetitive but a decent one. And the concierge services are a bit scratchy. The hotel is in the Jumeirah area, and we need to travel to the other end of Dubai for most of the hot spots, but some of the employees just look away when you ask them for help or information. Room service was fine, but towards the end of the stay we requested that they refill the shower gel, as it had run out. But it wasn't done for about 24 hours, and I had to call reception while I was literally in the shower. My ten-year-old wanted play the piano which was in the lobby. One of the employees came running to tell us it was not allowed and that only those with a licence could play it! Would I be back? I doubt that.

🌟 Fantastic stay 🌟 We were there from October 7th to October 14th, 2025. We had great weather. We had an excellent stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it! The food was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. We felt very safe at all times and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, providing truly first-class service. The beach was also great. The water was clean and pleasantly warm, and there was always plenty of space, which was very relaxing. I recommend only booking breakfast or half board. It is important to note that drinks are only included with breakfast. We had to pay extra for drinks with lunch. We believe that half board should at least include non-alcoholic drinks with dinner, as you end up paying a considerable amount. Apart from this minor point, everything was really first class and we would definitely recommend staying here!

We were very happy with the service at the Fairmont Palm beach resort. We spent here one week both the beach club and the pool.
