The Four Seasons Resort hosts a ladies’ night every Wednesday, at the Mercury Lounge, where female guests can enjoy 2 glasses of prosecco and Mediterranean-style bites from 8pm to 10pm at the Ladies’ High Heel Night.

Hendricks Bar also hosts a ladies night every Sunday, from 10pm to 1am, where female guests receive 3 complimentary drinks and a canapé.

I passed by Jou Jou Restaurant today for breakfast and everything went smoothly. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. A big appreciation to our server Bipin, who recommended some really nice food that we truly enjoyed. Also, a big thank you to the hostess Elisa for the warm welcome, and to the barista Emmanuel who prepared our delicious takeaway coffees. He was always smiling and made the experience even more pleasant. Great service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

What a grand experience. The epitome of luxury and 10 star service in my opinion. The highlight of the stay was Ece Akalp, the Head Concierge and often the Duty Manager. Ece sorted everything out during our stay, was available always for not just us but from what we saw, for everyone else, making contact with all other departments to ensure the smoothest and the most luxurious stay, always assuring us everything is fine and we felt well looked after. People working in hospitality or aiming to work in hospitality should take lessons from Ece and the team. The reception team, trained to perfection for guests. Same goes for F&B and all other teams. The doormen, always welcoming with a charm. We cannot thank Ece and the team enough for everything. Next time in Dubai, this would definitely be our place.

The phrase “just like home” describes our experience in every detail. We spent 14 unforgettable days, and the staff did everything they could to make us feel perfectly at ease. The breakfasts are memorable, the dinners on the beach at the starred restaurant unforgettable. The beach, one of the few private ones in Dubai, is fantastic. The staff is priceless, refined, precious, classy. A special thanks to Anastasia, Annamaria, and Leila, and to all the guys at Yoe Yoe. Will we come back? Of course yes, they made sure we were left with a wonderful memory. Thank you, Mark and Patrizia.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Dipu from housekeeping kept our room clean and comfortable every day, and Hansaka served us breakfast for two days with the same warm smile each morning.
