We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our Grand Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the entire property, including the swimming pool, was exceptionally well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, there was always hot water available, and the balcony view was amazing. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Chef Nueng, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and provided excellent service with a warm smile. The hotel is located on top of a hill, so it is not very convenient to walk to nearby attractions. However, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to Patong Beach and the shopping mall several times a day, which made getting around easy and convenient. Overall, we had a great experience

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Atease Phuket Patong. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the team, especially Dew and Tangmo at the front desk. During our stay, a family member became quite unwell, and they immediately suggested arranging for a doctor to visit our hotel room. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern made a very stressful situation much easier for us, and we are incredibly grateful for their help. The housekeeping team was also fantastic and attended to every request promptly and with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made our stay very comfortable. The hotel itself is excellent, peaceful and quiet while still being conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and everything Patong has to offer. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the swimming pool is great for relaxing after a day out. Thank you to the entire Atease Phuket Patong team for your hospitality and care. We truly appreciated everything you did for us and would happily stay here again.

Superbly appointed hotel, rooms are spotless, bed and pillows excellent. Pool is lovely, all the breakfast staff are incredible so caring and so attentive, as are the front of house ladies. The shuttle service is okay but not great, the location of the hotel does not allow any ability to walk to a coffee bar/7-11 or other, we found this a little inconvenient as the coffee was not great at the hotel, and sometimes you just feel like a walk. But overall very enjoyable and very good value.

I wanted to take a moment to share our experienceafter spending a few nights at AtEase Phuket Patong, as a familyof four visiting from Canada. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We booked a family room with a bunk bed, which was not only very comfortable but also spotless and inviting. The staff throughout our stay were exceptionally friendly and always went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant, which offered a lovely view of the pool and was kept immaculately clean. There was a fantastic varietyof food available, and Chef Nueng along with their team truly impressed us. They were happy to prepare special meals to accommodate our preferences, making the dining experience extra memorable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made the experience very relaxing. Special thanks to Bally, Toon, Pop, and Rat for their excellent hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. They truly made the experience extra memorable with their great service and warm attitude.
