We stayed here for 9 days and every single day was a great experience. A special thank you to our chef, Nuend. By the end of our stay, they already knew what we liked and how we preferred our food — that really meant a lot to us. Everyone was always smiling, kind, and genuinely cared about what we wanted. You can feel that they truly value their guests’ happiness. The restaurant is very clean, well organized, and attentive to detail. You can even ask for a special omelet and they prepare it exactly the way you like it. Thank you for your hard work and warm hospitality. You definitely deserve 5 stars.

Superbly appointed hotel, rooms are spotless, bed and pillows excellent. Pool is lovely, all the breakfast staff are incredible so caring and so attentive, as are the front of house ladies. The shuttle service is okay but not great, the location of the hotel does not allow any ability to walk to a coffee bar/7-11 or other, we found this a little inconvenient as the coffee was not great at the hotel, and sometimes you just feel like a walk. But overall very enjoyable and very good value.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made the experience very relaxing. Special thanks to Bally, Toon, Pop, and Rat for their excellent hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. They truly made the experience extra memorable with their great service and warm attitude. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Amazing experience all around from check-in to check out including breakfast and housekeeping. Everyone is polite and very attentive to the guests comfort and requests. Special mention of Mr. Nueng Ly who took special care for us as we are vegetarians and went out of the way to cook special vegetarian food and also took a note to prepare it next time. The hotel ambience is very nice and quiet not like patong and all the noise. If you want to have a quiet time. Go for AtEase as the name suggests you will be at ease when you stay here. Overall a very nice experience. Highly recommended hotel. Will come again

Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and looked after throughout my stay. The rooms are simply beautiful: spotless, bright, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail has been carefully considered. The pleasant colors, wonderful natural light, and fresh scent throughout the hotel create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. A special thank you to Chef Nueng Kien Nut, who prepares what are, without a doubt, the best pasta dishes in Phuket! Every meal was delicious and made with great passion and attention to detail. I would also like to thank the spa therapist for her gentle, welcoming, and professional service. The spa experience was incredibly relaxing and added even more to the quality of my stay. Congratulations to the entire team for maintaining such exceptional standards of hospitality.
