The location is perfect with it being away from the Hotel Zone. Riviera Maya is absolutely gorgeous. All 3 resorts are well-protected, but in all our times coming here, we have never felt unsafe (even on the excursions.) The food options and quality leave little room for wanting, and I recommend bringing clothing with elastic!! As always, the service and friendliness or the staff is unparalleled. Yalma and Ana were attentive and so kind. We felt unbelievably spoiled and they took care of all 12 of us with attention to every small detail or our stay. They were easy to reach and communicated well with all of us. I cant leave out Cesar (our favorite bartender!) He always makes sure our drinks are delicious and cups are full and with his great smile. Make sure you hunt him down at whatever pool he is bartender that day! You wont regret it. This is our go-to place for any Mexico vacation!

We had dinner tonight @winekitchen and it didn’t disappoint! The manager Aketzali was so welcoming and our waiter Eriberto was AMAZING! The food was Spectacular, the chef stopped by our table to check on us after my husband requested his steak to be cooked a bit more. It was our daughter’s birthday and they brought out a birthday dessert and got the entire restaurant to sing happy birthday. This will continue to be one of our go- to dinner spots when we return. Thank you wine kitchen for a wonderful experience!

Generations is a wonderful hotel, it has everything. I loved that you have your own mini pool in the balcony of your room and sea view of course! Great food, great tours, special price for Nickelodeon resort if you travel with kids! Overall, an excellent service from the people there. Ruben was our outstanding exceptional concierge, everyone is very helpful. Israel excellent waiter at the palms! Only sad thing is that you can't go to the beach but because all of cancun has a lot of sargazo.

Wine kitchen is the best! We had the most amazing meal! We celebrated our 23 wedding anniversary with Octavio and Tovar and have never felt so honored. We have eaten at some impressive restaurants over the years, but Wine Kitchen is by far officially one of our best experiences ever. The food was beyond expectations and the service felt like visiting family (at the best of times). If you have an opportunity to visit, please don’t miss out!

@ Wine Kitchen, our server was Luis. The service was impeccable, he really knows his stuff and he's very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was amazing. I forgot to take a Pic of the appetizers because I couldn't wait to eat them... yes, them! We took his advise on what to order and boy did he steer us right! Thanks for the wonderful meal Luis and kitchen staff
