My wife and I had dinner at Casitas Royale, and even after indulging (perhaps a little too much!), I still had room for more — so we headed over to Generations' Chef Market. What a pleasant surprise! The service was outstanding. Karen went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted to eat, and Aketzali (very cool name, by the way) gave us fantastic advice and recommendations to make the most of our stay. The desserts at Chef Market were excellent, with plenty of options to choose from — including gluten-free choices, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely be back!

Once you arrive and are actually on site the service and facilities are really truly good. The rooms are beautiful with beautiful gardens and pools and beaches. There are many many restaurants of all different choices which include a delicious Thai restaurant kampai and a delicious steak restaurant santa fe. The buffet is also very good. We had Cauhemoc and Imelda and Reyna as our room team. And I would ask for them again as they were superb and really paid a lot of attention to detail and we're always there to help and to provide whatever you need. The facilities you get are also really fun. Don't miss seeing the animals for the little kids including the peacocks. We even saw monkeys.

Family wedding here which went wonderfully! I highly recommend it for any family event. We had Cuauhemoc and Reyna who were both truly fantastic and helped make everything work seemlessly. I would ask for them specifically. We loved our room with both a balcony and small pool. The food was all delicious especially Kampai and Santa Fe. Do not miss them. My recommendation though for the resort is to work to empower employees to say yes. We were there when the resort was empty and wanted to sit together but always received pressure even when the restaurants were completely empty.

The location is perfect with it being away from the Hotel Zone. Riviera Maya is absolutely gorgeous. All 3 resorts are well-protected, but in all our times coming here, we have never felt unsafe (even on the excursions.) The food options and quality leave little room for wanting, and I recommend bringing clothing with elastic!! As always, the service and friendliness or the staff is unparalleled. Yalma and Ana were attentive and so kind. We felt unbelievably spoiled and they took care of all 12 of us with attention to every small detail or our stay. They were easy to reach and communicated well with all of us. I cant leave out Cesar (our favorite bartender!) He always makes sure our drinks are delicious and cups are full and with his great smile. Make sure you hunt him down at whatever pool he is bartender that day! You wont regret it. This is our go-to place for any Mexico vacation!

The location of this resort was just close enough to the airport without being a busy area. The check in process was smooth, our room was beautiful with many amenities too. The accessibility to the adults only section by way of golf cart was a bonus. The only two areas of enhancement would be for more signage overall so guests have a better direction of where to go and the restaurant reservation process. We only stayed 4 nights and between the app not working and no notice to book the moment we arrived, it was tough to get into places for dinner.
