Hotel pools are all excellent, the whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The drinks and food in the AI in very good quality. Entertainment in evening was hit and miss but relatively good (4 nights were some form of acrobat shows, each one good but repetitive) but comedy music show was excellent, best Entertainment of the week. Some staff were quite rude and hard to deal with while other staff couldn't do enough for you. The old fashioned pieces of paper for restaurant and towels was a little off putting. Overall though would recommend the hotel.

The general experience was exceptional, the animation team was fantastic, dedicated and talented, a few that stand out: Alexander, Lucia, Gula. The bar staff were very accommodating as someone with a disability that is very useful. One person stood out for being the most accommodating is , Lisa. However all of the staff were fantastic , definitely worth coming and I absolutely do recommend I personally say thanks again to the exceptional team and the exceptional facilities of this hotel. Thank you for your support and giving a wonderful Stay to myself and my family.

The animation team in particular were fantastic. They were so passionate every day. We have stayed in this hotel many times, and the animation team never disappoint. In particular I'd like to thank Alexandra, Lazza and Julia for their hard work and extremely competitive games of shuffleboard. They are so personable it is hard not to get involved. The shows they put on as well are a highlight. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Food was great. Staff were lovely, friendly and always welcoming. Adults only rooftop is fantastic. Waiting staff go out of there way to make sure you always have drinks. Everyone from housekeeping to reception were lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I accidentally left my sunglasses on a poolside lounger. People relaxing in nearby loungers told me they saw the employee responsible for cleaning and preparing the loungers take my sunglasses. Unfortunately, they were not reported to reception as lost and found. After reporting the matter, the staff showed little interest in explaining the situation or helping me find my glasses. From a hotel of this caliber, I expect honesty and a well-functioning lost and found system. Unfortunately, my experience has undermined my trust in this place. I advise guests to exercise extreme caution and not leave their belongings unattended. I will certainly not return to this hotel.
