Love this hotel, and it has become a regular location for us. We love the kids activities, my son is alway keen to join the events when they're on. Each day the staff have been super engaged and alway happy to make them feel welcome in the kids club! Love the water park for the kids, can't get him off it. There is a super nice life guard (my son calls him the "1,2,3 guy"!) who was so friendly to the kids, and goes a long way. Always something to do! Rooms are pleasent and provide all the facilities you would expect. However, I wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Drinks are not included in the half-board for dinner which is a shame. I love the selection of food - but could be a little more variety for breakfast - particuarlarly vegetarian - how many sausage varieties do you need? All in all will be going annually.

Lovely holiday! Rooms kept tidy & clean and our needs was met without even asking, such as a nappy bin & bed rails for our toddler. The animation team was amazing, kids club and entertainment was incredible and staff friendly and welcoming! Baby club was perfect for our youngest! Food was lovely, waiting staff was attentive and remembered us as a family Would highly recommend

We are just back from our stay at GF Victoria and it was our sons first holiday. It was a brilliant time & relaxing time. Some of the positives that I need to mention is The baby club - big shoutout to Christina, that woman is amazing and has such a way with kids our son loved going into her every morning for an hour. We weren’t expecting to get a free hour for ourselves. The tidiness of the place & the facilities for children were also brilliant and it is very accommodating for children in all areas. There were some areas that I’d like to mention that could use some improvement. Firstly they offer you a free hour at the spa which I was looking forward to a lot but was turned away due to being pregnant & would have been nice to have been offered maybe something instead - instead I just kinda felt a bit pushed away. Wouldn’t take much to offer a nice drink or something to somebody when you have to turn them away especially after they made the effort to walk down there and fill in forms. Secondly the lifeguard situation and rules at both the 2nd & 1st floor pools needs to be reviewed and changed. We witnessed pretty traumatic situation happen on the 29th of September & afterwards when we were watching the lifeguards there was so much inconsistency in the way they were monitoring the place. One day the first floor pool wasn’t being watched at all and the second day we were being given out to for having a ball that normally was fine. Additionally, the 2nd floor pool sometimes allows some pretty dangerous behaviour with kids jumping off parents backs or diving. I think I’d feel a lot safer knowing my children were being given out to for dangerous behaviour than the current approach seemingly being very relaxed. Lastly I will say that perhaps mentioning the photo service you do would be beneficial I only seen that on my last day there. Could have been a good one to mention at check in. We will definitely come back again if possible it was a great time☺️

Really really impressed, great for families, deserves it's reputation, we had kids so never really managed the adult only parts but otherwise excellent. Was really disappointed the surf machines was out of order when there. Buffet restaurant great for breakfast and kids but lacks atmosphere but it's really for full board. Never managed Donaire restaurant as adult only but Amaina was pretty decent, we ate out fair bit. Facilities excellent, staff really friendly and helpful. Would stay again

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the food was excellent, with plenty of choice every morning. The service, cleanliness of the entire hotel, and all of the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel so welcome and well looked after. We were so impressed that we have already booked to return in September. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
